BTW, I noticed, that "neighboring to your house" means where people build not only the stables 4 the animals with woodlogs, but the living houses 4 the hoomans too... It's probably a country full of woods (& Elks too?) Are you living in Alaska or Québec or somewhere inbetween (Ontario, Manitoba or Saskatchewan or so)?
Well, I've seen it again and again. You are not getting over 59. My QUestion now is, does this tachometre indicate miles or kilometres oer hour? Is 60 the most allowed in your country without having to support the state with an administrative payment for "infraction de vitesse sur voie publique hors d'une agglomération" or is it the most reachable for the engine of your car? Is there a possibility to use bigger tires with more inches, so with a greater radiant on this cabby?
Well, I'm not sure if this type of cabby is able to do "more", @ least in sense of more velocity. It looks like either in this state 60 m/hr is the max. allowed on that type of road or ... the Ligier cabby is not able to bring more than 58 or 59 m/hr on the road, even running downhill. ;-) ... Than it would be on the same level as an italian vespa. ;-) Just a vespa with a roof and the second seat besides and not behind the driver... LOL ;-)

i have seen them here in estonia as well.. but i thought they only can go up to 45kmh but that one in this video drives faster..
KasparOnTube They go up to 80km but if you're 14-18 you can only driver 45km max or you can get into trouble.
