Before the university took over the building, it used to be a home for elderly people run by nuns, and before that it was run by a very famous german doctor called dr. Carl T george.

Whoever said nope doesn’t live there or just talking nonsense. San Pedro is one of the safest city in the whole country. It is mostly due that it is not a big city and it is not that fast pace. I’ve been out at 2-3 am partying and I have never encountered any trouble. Always remember that it is a 3rd world county so you always have to take precautions.
