Currently having nice trip down memory lane, thank you. I remember school trips there in the 70's, all the 'conspiricy theories, hidden tunnels etc. It's an old star fort. Years older than the story we get spun lol.

As a teenager I used to climb up north head from Cheltenham beach and explore the tunnels well before some of them were closed to the public

I remember watching a documentary on North-Head when I was a young fella I remember there was a guy that was telling a story of when he was a kid that he got to the belly of the hill where he jumped into an old (Wrights Brothers plane) there was 2 of them North-head has always interested me
