First off, with content like this I cannot believe you only got 77 likes... now for my question, what settings and lens did you use for the time lapse at 14:24?
I'm excited to see how you guys manage to get to the plane in the next ep. I camped at the Seccesh River campsite last July and made it to the lake but it was impossible for me to make my way through the shin-high mud and thousands of downed trees with my dog to get to the plane. I need to go back there and complete that mission to check it out.
Idahoan here! Not an experience hiker though, but which hike have you done here that there wasnt people around but still a beautiful hike and worth the journey!
I'd say most of the hikes I've done don't have people around. I think planning has a lot to do with congestion. I figure out peak "season" for hikes and I go early or late in that season and I go during the week. So even in this video, this is a popular hike in the area but we went in fall and we saw 4 people the whole time.
@@JonConti smart if you hot the stuff to handle the cold. Guess ill need to start doing it that why now that Idaho has become such an adventure hotspots. I k ow it always has been but man its getting crowded here. You should try the moon dipper hike. Its only 2 miles in but hot springs it both ends n moon diper is worth the hike. Also more hotsprings after it too just a harder hike after moon dipper.
Incredible footage! The entire video had a cinematic feel to it that really draws you into the story. What kind of drone and camera did you use to film this video? Just subbed!
@@JonConti Thank you! I guess I should have looked there first. In the market to get a new camera as I only use a GoPro HERO 8 and Mavic Mini currently. Between the Canon r and Sony A7 mark iii, which would you go with? As a fellow content creator, there is a ton of places to explore on my channel that might interest you. Would love to hear your feedback! Cheers
A downed WW2 bomber? In Idaho? Huh, I don't remember the Japanese getting this far in! I'll always come back here if I need a break. Then back to work again. I can't help but wonder, are these videos made for something?

@@HikingwithGus I'm not sure. I know it was wrong and that shot is over exposed! lol
@@JonConti I think it looks fine. It looks like a day time night shot :)
Minus the smells tickling my nose and the breeze brushing my cheeks I truly feel like I’m there. Great work!
Thanks! Someday we’ll be able to add that other stuff 😆
Really pretty place! Thanks for sharing
Thanks for watching!
@@JonConti you're welcome! We really enjoy making outdoor videos also
Brett's jacket and the fall colors, nice. Peaceful video to watch while I take a break from yardwork. I'm reinspired, headed back outside. Well done!

Ya the fall is the best time to get to the plane when the lake is low and the route isn't as marshy.
Looks better than when I went up
How did it look when you went up?
RIP Pancake House. You will be/are sorely missed.

Thanks man! We had a couple different rigs, a mavic 2 pro and a mavic air 2, a gh5, a d850. All the gear is in the description☝️.

@@MetroOnTheMove We ordered the sony A7siii. I'll let you know when we finally get it!
Forgive my ignorance. You said; you already ate oatmeal this morning. What’s the importance there?
No importance just some smack talk 😃
