Sailor Moon was another one of the shows where the creator found out that most heroes were boys and that might apply to other magical girl shows.
Here’s an explanation for the 2/3 fairies having their own transformations
Stella has Cosmix as her own transformation because, she classifies as the fairy of the sun and moon. Both the sun and moon are part of space, you could also say the cosmos.
Bloom has Bloomix because it has it in the name. Nothing much
Flora has Sophix and Butterflix as her own transformations because both of them are nature based transformations
Layla/Aisha’s transformation being Sirenix because she is the fairy of waves but is classified as a water fairy. And Sirenix is a ocean themed transformation
Also, Enchantix is not the final fairy form. Evidence to prove this is in se04 ep1, Faragonda says that there are in infinite amount of transformations the Winx can get. But in reality, the transformations beyond Enchantix were add-ons and they had to go to different places to earn more transformations. Like how they went to Earth for Beliveix.

Bloomix is about the dragon flame. Also, Enchantix is the final fairy form because if they don't have Enchantix, they couldn't earn any transformations like Sirenix, Believix, etc. TY for your time!!
