Great review! Some feedback on the video itself: 1. The initial shots out of the car were a superior quality over the indoor driving section, different camera? 2. Mic quality could improve on your next video. 3. You could try adding a few different camera angles and shots and bring them into play. But overall great job! I am planning myself in getting one as well, probably a Premium MT.
I know what u mean about changing gear from 2nd to 3rd its just catching the sweet spot and like u more u drive it u soon get used to it Great review thanks
Note : The GR86 is not designed for launches. It is the way it handles as there is a lot being said, that you can buy this car off the lot and take it straight to the track. Its not how fast but the way it drives :) This is the first car that I bought and did not feel like I had to modify much. THIS IS A TIME ATTACK CAR!
Regarding the shifting, i feel the same way..! Mostly from 3rd to 4th. Shifting from 1st, to 2nd, 2nd to 3rd is fairly smooth, but onward i bog just a tad bit. Kind of embarrassing lol
unless you want to lower the car for cosmetics DO NOT get coilovers. Maybe if youre gonna track it and take it seriously. Spending 1500+ on coilovers thinking your gonna get a better ride is not the way to go. stock will be better. Ask me how I know

Appreciate it! Everything was filmed on my iPhone. The inside shot was filmed on .5 so that coulda been it.
haha my dream car! Cool review!
Thank you!
Chill and cool review 🔥
Appreciate it! I’m going to try and get my hands on a new WRX this week. I finally got a new mic so hopefully it’s a lot better.
Great review. I bough mine in a month ago
I had a tough time getting used to the clutch and gearbox. There’s a sweet spot to it that if you don’t hit grinds the transmission annoyingly
Apart from balking into second when cold it would have to be the easiest clutch and gearbox I’ve ever driven.
Subaru WRX is the same price range…with a turbo. Regular ass cars have a turbo. This is a driver’s car with a naturally aspirated engine. 🎉

Did you do the review with the fake engine noise or is it turned off?
I still had it on
@@HarisCaus thanks 🙏
thoughts on RTV and engine blow ups?

You’ll get used to it. A weighted shift knob kind of helps. And disable the fake engine noises too
Am i trippen or didnt they said the 2024 premium was getting bigger brakes?
You now have the option to get big brakes but they’re not standard
@@HarisCaus ah that makes sense
@@jxxi Brembo.. a cool $1500
Why would Toyota have a Subaru cruise control ?
Hello. How much are you paying for insurance? I got a quote and it’s $324.66 a month here in Las Vegas.
I’m at $200 bucks a month. I end up paying mine every 6 months since it’s cheaper. I know area is a huge thing but try progressive.
@@HarisCaus that’s the cheapest one through Progressive 😔😭🤣
@@leom00n79 did you get a co-buyer or just yourself?
@@HarisCaus how did you get your insurance $200 a month, I'm in georgia and i'm trying to something less than $250
@@vvsstationn just me. I’m 44, clean record. And that’s the cheapest from what insurance broker found.
This car has small low grip tires and if you upgrade them the flaws come out, it takes 10k$+ to upgrade the tires and make it stable.
Good review been looking at this car to make as a project car as a soon to be 16 year old I want to see what I can do to the thing.
Appreciate it. It’s fun car and you’ll have plenty of fun.
What exhaust is that?
Do you think a wheel chair can fit in the trunk?
Just bought mine for 47k last week! Pretty good so far!
Just to confirm, $47k Canadian?
excuse me? 47k? i hood not USD bro
If that's 47k in USD, they marked that ish up so high
@@HarisCaus lmao!!!
Dayum dude! I got the entire performance package, plus a few extras and mine was 42k!
Don't keep your hand on the shifter

Good review, may need a better mic,
I appreciate the feedback! I ordered one shortly after uploading
It’s nice especially the treuno version but still rather spend and get the Supra
What kind of mpg do you get out of it?
