But I have one question, out of these three places where would you settle, 1 Santa Cruz De Tenerife, 2, Tenerife South, 3 Las Palmas ? where has the best nature, weather, vibe? Muchas Gracias

Would you recommend Tenerife or Gran Canaria to move to for living? I'm having a hard time deciding. If it's not too much, I'm also curious if the temperature differences between the north and south are so big that it's cold in the north in winter, or can you still wear a t-shirt etc? As a person that lives here, in Tenerife, I want to say that locals are suffering the mass arrival of people that comes to the island. Such a demand is making rents unaffordable, and the public services are collapsed. We have thousands of cars and so unbearable traffic just because the Gouverment does not regulate anything. If any person wants to come to live here I'd say please don't. This is not a paradyse anymore, it's becoming a Big city, this is loosing its atractive and there are more and more inequalities and poverty.
Heya. I'm from a 3rd world country but do you have any idea if i need to procure autonomo visa just like in mainland spain? or is it different type of visa in the canary islands?
