It's just disgusting that he had the nerve to appear on TV and appeal for that poor woman to come home when we've just found out today that she's been buried under the floorboards all this time. I hope that creep rots.

She was terrified of flying and didn't own a passport...they knew 100% he did it. Apparently it is an effective technique to encourage the suspects to go on TV and do interviews as it appeals to their narcissism and they trip up. There was a documentary on Chris Watts that said this is a known tactic of investigators. He probably thought after 6 years that he could safely move her and not be spotted but he was watched thankfully

I could never understand why the police didn't dig that garden within a month of her going missing. The day there was a thing on the paper about he finding her suitcases I knew the police weren't doing their job properly.
She was found under the stairs, in a hallway. Not in the garden. I do agree with you though. They should have looked closer to home.
@@skyrangerswift2ireland yes indeed under the stairs. Had the police been on his case they'd have noticed work on the house & the purchase of concrete & other necessities for construction. He was the obvious suspect from day one so they really slipped up in not nailing him sooner.

To give himself plenty of time to hide and bury the body and then clean up the mess and then leave no trace would be my guess. Worked well for him for 6 years too.
What's amazing is the police didn't search their home and find her! She was dead underneath the floorboards..... Sherlock Holmes wasn't necessary, just a dog.

I know what you mean. O Reilly on the late late show, showed no concern or care. Here, Satchwell actually looked as if he was down about it. Everyone acts now as if they know he did it but nobody said anything the last 6 yrs. I thought he was innocent too as he didn’t act arrogant or a know it all like Reilly.
