I am a homer, but I am going to say Dirk and the 2011 Mavs. Going down agains the Blazers (there goes the Mavs), sweeping (crushing) the champion Lakers, beating OKC who had 3 future MVPs on there roster and the new super- team Heat who they lost to in ‘06! One of the best runs in NBA history in my opinion.

LeBron and Kyrie was a massive difference in the finals. Maybe in the first 2 rounds it was close but in the finals LeBron was way way better than Kyrie. Dirk’s 2011 run doesn’t compare to LeBron’s 2009, 2012, 2013, 2016, 2017, or 2018 playoffs. And LeBron’s 2014 playoffs are also better than Dirk’s 2011 playoffs. Dirk literally had 3.6 win shares lmao 🤣. That ain’t no all time great finals run.

JT was a borderline all star though. Just like Drexler. Im going with 03 Duncan. Dude is averaging 28ppg in the playoffs while teams are scoring 70 often if not, below. Fun fact, The 03 Spurs have a better defensive rating than the 04 Pistons. Aside from the 60s Celtics, they're the most dominant defensive team in history. Averaging 28 in a slow era is like averaging 37ppg in today's era. Most underrated season of all time.
