My wife can not understand how I can sit in my man cave and just stare at the walls full of Star Wars toys. I really am not totally sure what I am thinking but it feels gooooood to know I have toys from the early 80s
I’m over 40 years old these days, but I must say your video inspired me. I recently purchased all three Centurians in the original boxes, never opened and I will keep them that way. Your toy room looks absolutely beautiful. Thank you so much for sharing 👏👏👏👏
I was an 80's kid. GI Joes were my favorite! Back then I modeled on stage at the mall a couple times and won. Winners received toy certificates. I remember buying He- Man. That smell of rubber, meaning brand new. Anytime I smell that same rubber smell it immediately brings me back to the 80's. You have an awesome collection!
I love your toy collection sir and the way you talk about your wife and how she supports you as a collector. She must be an amazing woman..you are very blessed to have her and an wonderful collection.
I have started collecting toys now for all the nostalgia, memories, and I believe they will pull me through the second half of my life when things get rough.....40 now and appreciating everything that was. Missing the past all the time!
I almost teared up seeing all these toys from my Childhood still in they're packaging...I remember Toys R Us and as well....Johnny's Toys. This is one superb, pristine phenomenal collection!
Keet Madu You aren’t the only one. If only I could have kept my old toys...this is why when my wife tells me to toss my kids toys that they don’t play with a create more space for them up in the attic somehow. They will thank me later.
Hey, I’m here because of Rebel Force Radio. Mind blowing stuff! I grew up in Yugoslavia and we had to go to Italy or Austria to get toys like LEGOs, which were the only expensive toys my parents decided to buy for me, because we didn’t have money to spare and after seeing how creative I got with LEGOs, they saw the value in them. Just looking at LEGO catalogs gave me hours of pleasure and daydreaming. 80s really was a special decade.
Rarely do I comment on a video, and I honestly think this is around my 10th comment in as many years, but this video is absolutely amazing! Thanks for sharing your collection with the world.
I've just come across your channel, this bought a tear to my eye because it does remind me of my own childhood in the 80s, grew up without a father , my mother couldn't afford these toys, but i could imagine all day long. Thank you for this. Subscribed! :)
Wow, your whole story about being a Toysrus kid of the 1980's and your thoughts about the 1980's and what has happened to toys and attitudes are almost identical to mine. My dream has been to someday recreate Toysrus from the 1980's for myself. I have collected a closet full of sealed Gi Joes, WWF Hasbro and others from the old days but I haven't put a room together yet, but someday I will. You are an inspiration. You are awesome dude.
as an '80s child growing up in England, this was my bread & butter!! Without doubt my fav toyline was M.A.S.K., but like you my parents couldn't (or wouldn't!) afford to feed the collection, so I too dreamed of what it would be like to own them (aside from the ones I got bought at birthdays/Christmas) and cherish them without ever doing so....I lived in a part of Greater Manchester called Middleton. There was a huge Arndale centre in town and at the back of it was a kinda supermarket mum used to shop in and on one specific aisle was just rows and rows of toys where I used to lose myself! There was also another store (John Menzies?) that used to have toys right at the back....ahhhh, the memories! Now, at 45 I can really appreciate your collection and what you've done, how you've recaptured the magic of your childhood and the fact your wife has helped and supported it is just as awesome! Fantastic, just way too cool; thank you for sharing and re-igniting blissful childhood memories :)
I was born in 76. I was ten when Optimus died. Changed my life forever!!! The 80's toys and cartoons were just a magical time! Your room should be under the protection of the secret service!!! LMAO magnificent collection!!! "Till the day, till all are one"
I work at a Toys R Us here in Canada and while I agree I don’t necessarily feel that magic in the store any more either. I can happily say the kids still do. That’s the best part of my job, seeing the little kids sprint ahead of their parents to get to the door and run to the section they know their favourite toys are. And seeing the joy as they stare in amazement at their hero’s.
I am truly thankful for all you've done bro, I watch these videos and am able to be transported back to a more simple and easier time, I'm an 80's kid to, keep it coming mate
WOOOOOOOOWOOOOOOOWOOOOOOOW!!!!!!! That is a B-E-A-U-TIFUL thing. It literally looks like the inside of a toy store during the 80s (about ooooooh1985). Talk about a trip down memory lane.....my hats off to you.... That is sooo awesome. I'm into collecting gijoes and g1 transformers but I focus mostly on transformers. I'm definitely subscribing.
My friend, you've got a great voice, an eloquent manner, a heartfelt passion for toys from our childhood but most importantly , a beautiful, clear love and respect for your wife. Thanks for sharing through this channel and taking us all back to better days! 🙏🏼
Michael, you are living my dream! I grew up in the 80s also, and my family didn't have much money either. Now I search Ebay all the time for these toys. Thanks for the history you give on this video.
Awesome display Michael and can I just say, you have a "gorgeous" and most elegant way with words. I was born in 77 so thanks for the trip down memory lane, I look forward to part two. All the best.
I grow up in Italy in the 80's and I use to watch mostly the same cartoons like you but I started collecting toys only few years ago and now they are very rare to find and expensive too! Your collection is timeless and priceless complimenti 👍
So because of you I started collecting all my old toys again and I know have that same joy every time I look at my toys and I realized how important toys r us really meant to me and that toy smell it has when you first walk in.
You are a true collector. Not afraid to express your passion. Represent the 80s man, the golden age of cartoons and toys. Dusting your collection must take forever!
What is the toys beside the captain power figures. The car with alien figures. My dad uses to work as supervisor in Mattel factory. Seen it in the catalogue. I still keeps the catalogue. I don't know if it is still value
Please help me I am looking for this toy it's really important I and them when I was a kid dont know if it was 80sor90s... they were battery operated tank n submarine n they ride on land but were waterproof and went under water too. Plesee help. I feel like there were 5 or 6 different things u could get mine was a hover/tank type of vehicle.
I think the thing that 80s toys has is the creativity. Everything looks cool, colourful, and has creative designs. Most things now a days are based on something else, and there’s been a bit of a change of focus from children to a more collector oriented market.
Was born in 1981 so this room gives me nostralgia-gasms. Watching the camera pan around was like running into childhood friends on the street that I haven't seen in more than 25 years. The 80's had it's flaws, but it did a few things right, and toys were one of them. I can totally identify with how this guy felt walking into a Toys 'R Us back in the day. So amazing, thanks for posting this.
Last year I began putting together a collection like yourself. Just what was magical to me as a child and obviously still burns within me today. Mostly JOES, TRANSFORMERS, and MASK. I love your message about not settling in a relationship with someone that doesn't empathize with your desires. I was in a relationship for a long time where I felt drained most of the time because I don't think I was truly able to be myself around them. Now I'm so much happier. Thanks 🙏 for the video!
Good for you Brandon! I'd so rare to hear about someone who had the courage to say "enough is enough" and showed the self-respect to get out of a toxic relationship. Good luck with your own museum and be sure to share it when your "plan comes together." :D
WOW, I'm going to have to watch your other parts of your tour! I had a least 1 things out of everything you are covering right now. I remember the day my mom sold my Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors base at a garage sale she had. Those toys bring back so many memories.
This is actually the first video I saw from your channel. It popped up on my feed after watching a few Toys 'R' Us demise related videos. Your museum room set up is more Toys 'R' Us than Toys 'R' Us Has been in the past 2 decades. The lighting and the set up all perfectly recaptures the feeling of an 80s Toys 'R' Us. There is just a warm and fuzzy feeling when watching all these virtual tours. Excellent Work!
Thanks! So glad to hear that. I love that I'm able to share it with fellow 'Toys R Us kids' who grew up in the same era as me. There are some younger people who don't get it and some who even go so far as to make personal attacks, and I just feel sorry for them. Empty inside and dying for attention. Not willing to do anything positive to get it. With the mass sadness of TRU closing down, I'm glad I can share this little piece of it frozen in time with those who saw it first hand. :D
After two years of waiting for this video to show up again in my news-feed, I finally have added it to my favorite videos section. Clicked subscribed and thank you for sharing your awesome toy collection for all of us to enjoy!
Wow! Awesome collection! I know the feeling! My junior high school was a 5 min bike ride to toys r us! During the 86 fall releases from hasbro, we kept going there everyday waiting to see new joes and transformers! Growing up in the 80’s was the best!
This is absolutely stunning, every collectors dream to have a display room like this! So many times I remember being in toy stores and seeing walls of carded figures and being told 'no, its too close to your birthday/xmas' or 'if I buy you one I have to buy your brother one so no'. It made the times I did get something all the more special though! ;-)
I remember hearing that too! Luckily my mom didn't have an issue with early birthday presents. "You play with it now, you play with it later, what's the difference?" :D
Fantastic video of the ultimate toy room! I myself grew up in the 80's, born in 1972 and I remember the toy stores being stocked so well back in the day. Your right, trip to TRU just isn't the same anymore. I check mine weekly, but the stuff on the shelf doesn't have the same excitement as it did when we were growin up. Look forward to part 2!!!!!!
I just discovered your channel and I absolutely love it! I was born in 1977, so the 80's was my playground and I remember all of the lines that you talk about on your channel! I loved Star Wars, GI Joe, Wheeled Warriors, Transformers, MASK, He-Man, MUSCLE, Battle Beasts, Thundercats and TMNT, as well as a few others, but those mentioned are my absolute favorites! I still have a few of my toys as well, but like many others, many were given away after I passed them on to my little brothers. Thank you for your work and for collecting so that I can relive this part of my life that I hold so dear!
I only recently found you channel and I have to say your passion and enthusiasm for 80s toys is fantastic then I see this video in the time line and I’m blown away! Absolutely amazing great passion, dedication and hard work has gone in to this collection a pleasure watching and all the best for your next find 👍
Thanks for sharing your story about why you collect, and showing us this massive museum of yours. The Kenner Robocop figures are such an underrated and almost forgotten toy line. So great to be reminded of them!
The quality of your videos is amazing, your voice, camera work, lighting, editing, music... this is Netflix worthy. Not to mention the content. So many great memories. I completely forgot about my Wheeled Warriors until I watched your review, Thank you Michael for all of your hard work!
Same! Your story is my story, I think that is part of the fascination of why I still buy myself a doll here and there, things I couldn't afford then I can now treat myself to. Makes me feel like a kid .❤
Great story behind your museum Mike! Keep dreaming & stay young....In heart/spirit if nothing else. Thx for sharing with all of us who were lucky enough to grow up in this decade.
Thank You so much for taking me back!!! I miss going to Toys R Us in the late 80s/90s. My favorite moment was walking through the video game isle and Watching the game demos for the Nintendo and Sega!
You're welcome! Ah the video game section, when you had to take a slip of paper where the game box was and take it up to the register to get the game. :D
YES!! But I also remember they had so much "weird and generic toys" that you could spend hours looking at!!!! I've tried looking for videos of Toys R us during those years, but no one carried a camera around like we do now! what a shame! Thank you for recreating the memories for us!!!
Hello Michael - I LOVE your videos! Your passion for all things 80s brings a tear to my eye. I grew up in the same era and we had it all! The best music, movies, toys & cartoons! Your collection is UNBELIEVABLE! Well done mate - All the Best, Keep up the fantastic work!!
Omg! Im so jelly!! As soon as you opened that door, i was instantly a kid in a candy store...lol. i use to have lots of fun 80s toys and figures from various 80s cartoons!. Excellent Vid! Will be watching the other parts. So far, Excellent Epic Collection and excellent shelf work!!! As well as room design!!
I love your description of how you felt walking into Toys R Us. For me in the 70’s it was Child World Toy Store in Massachusetts I remember how the toy store smelled and seeing Evel Knievel Toys in their boxes and cool plastic Marx Machine Guns! I have a “ toy room “ in my home it’s a time capsule. I’ve been collecting for about 30 years now I’m 53. As Willy Wonka beautifully said “It’s a world of pure imagination” We are collectors who bring to “life” our most cherished memories in our toy rooms. Thanks for sharing your iconic collection and the narration was magical ✌🏽
Going into a toys rus will be something ill never forget. When i was a kid alot of things similar to these where still there. I remember the whole G I joe isle, the massive amounts of lego, and overall just was amazingly cool. Went in there a few weeks ago to get a lego train to recapture of some of that old magic for me. Rest in peace toys r us.
OMG so much memories! Was born in 81 and haven't seen that stuff for a long time.. Thanks for bringing me back in my childhood for a moment.. Much love from Montreal 😊
Your intro was superb! You're right, just getting to a toy store to simply look was amazing. I grew up in a small Minnesota town. We had NO toy stores. Seeing toys in a store took a trip to the Twin Cities that was rarely made. In the early 70s and on into the 80s, department store Christmas catalogs were the rage. A very enjoyable video!
You are one of the reason i have started my gi joe collection.🙂 I live in Sweden and I am collecting right now the gi joes i wanted when i was a kid in the 80s. Cant get them all as the tolls from the U.S and Canada are quite high but maybe one day i will have a little museum of my own of gi joes.🙂 Keep up your dream and thank you. Namaste.🙏
I am from Ontario too! I lived up in northern Ontario in Thunder Bay. There is really only small towns in northern Ontario and it's like a 15 hour drive to Toronto. I remember the first time I was in a Toys R Us in the 80s we had gone down to Duluth Minnesota for my dad to see family and we got to go to Toys R Us there. I never seen a store so big and with so many toys, I was in awe! I got a wwf board game from that store. It was awesome.
Thanks for this great, nostalgic resource! Honestly I didn’t know some of these toy lines existed, hence the astronomical value of them these days. The reason I love this series is that it is about the appreciation of these products instead of the commodification you see on programs such as “The Toy Collector” which airs on the Destination America channel. The thing that any toy collector can appreciate is that the entire disdain for ‘collecting’ in the 80’s and 90’s has turned into a genuine niche hobby for…former kids from the 80’s. We took what was once the target of ridicule into what now exists today as huge fairs, Comic and Toy-Cons. Culture has gone 180 degrees: the Geeks have inherited the earth! Mr. Mercy really does his homework and his level of enthusiasm and detail are remarkable. A nice touch is the Toys R Us tribute, as a former employee of said franchise is was sad to see it go, although I won’t miss working there during the holiday season. I hope everyone with the heart of a kid can appreciate this series.
I had a lot of this stuff. I always tell my sons I wish I could take them on a shopping spree in an 80’s Toys r us. 80’s were the best decade to grow up.
Hello from Quebec, great collection im like wow it bring such memories but I didn’t knew Toys r us till the middle of the 90’s I remember Toyville was always fun to walk the aisle of my local Woolworth and Kmart seeing all of theses toys. Thanks for sharing your collection
Gorgeous collection. Like you I LOVE going to Toys R US (well loved now, RIP) and when I had kids of my own I wanted to share that joy. So we taught our kids at a very young age that we could all go and "play" at the toy store but we wouldn't always buy anything. In fact the majority of the time we walked away without buying anything. That lesson worked amazingly well and even now that my kids are teens it sticks. My son is really into video games but we can still go into a GameStop or other video game store and "play" without worrying he's going to freak out if he doesn't get a new game. TLDR Lessons: One, 80's toys were great! Two, set the standards and teach kids early and they won't become hellacious monsters.
My husband and I are 80s toy collectors, when we were friends we talked about it, when we got married we started working on it, now that we have kids they are passionate about it. It has become a family tradition. Now we own our own toy musseum
The room is heaven on earth I would not leave that room organized at all that is the best in video ever seen. Man keep up the great work and I look forward to seeing more of your future videos thank you so much for sharing this with everybody this takes me way back how do you have most ghost was an 80s but I had a whole rack of ninja turtles and G.I. Joe and x-men and wwf figures and he-man figures
I have a collection of Eaglemoss lead figurines in my office. After watching this I feel totally normal. Actually I feel impoverished. Thank you sir. This is art.
Amazing video my friend. Your collection is a true work of art. My wife is also very supportive of my passion for collecting. Every birthday and holiday I can guarantee at least 1 or more figures that I e had my eye on I miss the days of hunting at toys r us. I also grew up in the 80s. These department stores just dont have the magic of toys r us Once again, beautiful collection, enjoy!
Wow! I love your collection! Someday I want to put together a collection of toys that I grew up with...they were called “Dino Riders.” I remember watching the cartoon and the commercials for the toys!!
I love your collection. Brings back some many memories..... these days I have moved on to my love or airplanes but still have a placed for the 80s collection......
There was the same General Lee I had as a kid in the background when you were talking about the Robocop car I used to chase it around the sandbox with. That's enough to earn my subscription.
I just stumbled on your channel last night and im in love. Its so wholesome and great to see theres lots of other people that are kids at heart. I'm only 22 but my uncle got me hooked on the original transformers. I wish i had the discipline that you did to save the boxes and take great care of every toy. I still have a few, a SoundBlaster reissue, Scourge (black Optimus Prime), and my prized Takara Predaking.
My wife can not understand how I can sit in my man cave and just stare at the walls full of Star Wars toys. I really am not totally sure what I am thinking but it feels gooooood to know I have toys from the early 80s
It's kind of like a meditation...or a hyperbaric chamber. Nice to escape the craziness and/or silliness of the world every once in a while. :D
I know that feeling and it's the best
Time travel is possible!
I'm sure she has her interests and hobbies, why can't you have your Star Wars toys?
I do the same thing. Helps me relax after a long day.
I'm only 15 years old and even I have a sort of nostalgia from these toys!
Now you are 17........1 more year!!!
I’m over 40 years old these days, but I must say your video inspired me. I recently purchased all three Centurians in the original boxes, never opened and I will keep them that way. Your toy room looks absolutely beautiful. Thank you so much for sharing 👏👏👏👏

Michael Mercy Your welcome sir. 😁
This is my new favorite toy channel. No drama or snark, just nice memories.
Dude you rock, and these kids will never understand the love of the toys from the 80’s ..
Thank you kindly. Nerdmasté! 🙏
They would rather have a tablet or phone smh

Good stuff there was nothing better then the toys from Our years, the 80's
You're a really good narrator with a pleasant voice. It brings comfort, especially now that Toys'R'Us is shutting down
Thanks! :D
I thought so too, very good at narrating.
You can come up here to Canada; our Toys'R'Us stores are still open.
I almost teared up seeing all these toys from my Childhood still in they're packaging...I remember Toys R Us and as well....Johnny's Toys. This is one superb, pristine phenomenal collection!
Middle of depressing January at work. Had to come to this video to lift my spirit. Works every time.

I'm in tears... this is such amazing stuff and so well produced. You should be nominated for an Oscar!!! Such a beautiful collection. Take a bow!!!
Thanks! Glad to hear it resonated with you so deeply. :D

Rambo was also made into both a Cartoon & a Toy line, I remember it being a line that had some of the best Weapon accessories.
I was born in 76. I was ten when Optimus died. Changed my life forever!!! The 80's toys and cartoons were just a magical time! Your room should be under the protection of the secret service!!! LMAO magnificent collection!!! "Till the day, till all are one"
You could smack a surgical 2X4 across my face and I still wouldn’t flinch as I saw Optimus died on the big screen
The way you describe these legendary toy had me hooked on the video

Quite possibly the best best toy related video Ive ever seen. A moving tribute and visual feast.
Thanks! Quite high praise, much appreciated. :D
Michael Mercy dont mention it. Credit where credits due. Nice to see someone collecting so many lines. Your Centurions are partially awesome.
I am truly thankful for all you've done bro, I watch these videos and am able to be transported back to a more simple and easier time, I'm an 80's kid to, keep it coming mate
Excellent video, loved the Centurions bit and some other stuff you mentioned jogged my memory.
Thanks from England. Looking forward to the next one.
When you talked about the sign, it gave me chills. Much respect to you, sir. Amazing.

Totally awesome video and an even more totally awesome museum , i left an extreme like man .
Michael, you are living my dream! I grew up in the 80s also, and my family didn't have much money either. Now I search Ebay all the time for these toys. Thanks for the history you give on this video.
It is a thing of beauty.
:D
Awesome display Michael and can I just say, you have a "gorgeous" and most elegant way with words. I was born in 77 so thanks for the trip down memory lane, I look forward to part two. All the best.
Thank you! Glad to hear you got to experience the same 80's magic I did. :D
Amazing!!! Definitely one of the best videos i ever watched on youtube.
Thanks! :D
Wow thx to your wife for that toys r us logo. The room does give out an 80s feeling.Be safe be blessed take care everyone.
I tried clicking thumbs up 12 times but it only let me do it once!
Haha thanks. :D
I know. I think we need to let youtube know about that.
I grow up in Italy in the 80's and I use to watch mostly the same cartoons like you but I started collecting toys only few years ago and now they are very rare to find and expensive too! Your collection is timeless and priceless complimenti 👍
With success of IRON MAN the movie , one has to wonder why we don't have a CENTURIANS film franchise yet , huh??
Hmm...I could see RDJ as Max Ray. :D
So because of you I started collecting all my old toys again and I know have that same joy every time I look at my toys and I realized how important toys r us really meant to me and that toy smell it has when you first walk in.
Where did you find all those vintage pristine toys??
Here and there. :D
Ebay
You are a true collector. Not afraid to express your passion. Represent the 80s man, the golden age of cartoons and toys. Dusting your collection must take forever!
Thanks! It's a low dust room. Surprised at how many comments I get about dust actually. Enjoy the art and don't worry about the maintenance! :D
Amazing!!
Thanks! :D
This sums up how I feel about toys. Thank you sir. It's amazing that you have a wife who whole-heartedly supports you. Gives me hope for the world.
Sad Toys R us going out of business world wide.
Staying put in Canada
Michael, I am so glad that you are showing off your collection in detail. I can't wait to see the next video!
Thanks!

I started laughing and smiling when you opened the door and played Halaluah

Your Centurion collection is so awesome, I have never seen so much love for this toy line. Let alone this complete of a collection.
Loven it I'm a 80's baby myself, you remind me of old Christmases opening up gifts and seeing these toys. Thanks for sharing
Was born in 1981 so this room gives me nostralgia-gasms.
Watching the camera pan around was like running into childhood friends on the street that I haven't seen in more than 25 years.

Good description! That's how I feel each time I go into the room too. :D Nerdmasté! 🙏
Michael Mercy will do!
Good job on the room, it's very well coordinated and organized. Thank you for sharing!
I saw it first hand many times as a kid. Not sure when I stopped going to TRU. I will revisit before they GASP close.
Could watch these videos over and over again, great inspiration for my own 80s museum. Fantastic video.
Thanks! I still go every once in a while but I rarely buy anything. It's usually very expensive too.
Thanks! Those were the glory days of toys. :D
I only recently found you channel and I have to say your passion and enthusiasm for 80s toys is fantastic then I see this video in the time line and I’m blown away! Absolutely amazing great passion, dedication and hard work has gone in to this collection a pleasure watching and all the best for your next find 👍
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it. Nerdmasté! 🙏
This is the best toy video edit ive ever seen! Thank you! SO COOL! What a great walk down memory lane!
It's great when you are with someone who encourages/ supports your hobbies. Your collection is amazing~
Thank you! Nerdmasté! 🙏
A stunning collection! As an 80s kid myself, I really appreciate your entire collection. Godspeed, Michael!
Thanks, glad to hear it. Nerdmasté! 🙏
Thanks so much! Glad to hear it. Nerdmasté! 🙏
When I die i hope that heaven looks just like your 80's toy museum. Because it's awesome and EXTREME!!! Loved the video and can't wait for part 2.
Your story telling ability parallels the awesomeness of these iconic toys.
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed your virtual visit. :D
I love your description of how you felt walking into Toys R Us.
For me in the 70’s it was Child World Toy Store in Massachusetts
I remember how the toy store smelled and seeing Evel Knievel Toys in their boxes and cool plastic Marx Machine Guns! I have a “ toy room “ in my home it’s a time capsule. I’ve been collecting for about 30 years now I’m 53.
As Willy Wonka beautifully said
“It’s a world of pure imagination” We are collectors who bring to “life” our most cherished memories in our toy rooms.
Thanks for sharing your iconic collection and the narration was magical ✌🏽
Thanks, glad to hear it! :D
The Joe isle was amazing! Enough of each figure and vehicle for everyone and no chase or short packed toys. :D
I absolutely love this. Every cut brought be back. Yo Joe! Can't wait to click for Part 2.
Thanks! Enjoy the rest of the episodes! :D
Great collections!!!!!
I never know I had chance to see these toys again
Thanks for the videos, it does help me bring up good old 80s memory
Pure Awesomeness! This is one of the best nostalgia channel on youtube. Michael Mercy and James Rolfe are true 80's Scholars
Thanks! I guess you can call me the "Happy 80s Nerd." :D
Michael do you own some of the coolest 80's toys Starcom: The U.S. Space Force ?
You are one of the reason i have started my gi joe collection.🙂 I live in Sweden and I am collecting right now the gi joes i wanted when i was a kid in the 80s. Cant get them all as the tolls from the U.S and Canada are quite high but maybe one day i will have a little museum of my own of gi joes.🙂 Keep up your dream and thank you. Namaste.🙏
Thank you Christoffer. I appreciate it. I wish you good luck and much joy with your own museum! 👍✌
Thanks Ian! Glad you enjoyed it. Have a Happy New Year! 🎉
I had a lot of this stuff. I always tell my sons I wish I could take them on a shopping spree in an 80’s Toys r us. 80’s were the best decade to grow up.
The 80's were absolute magic. It looks like you captured the best of it in your museum, cheers!!
Thanks! They certainly were. :D
Hello from Quebec, great collection im like wow it bring such memories but I didn’t knew Toys r us till the middle of the 90’s I remember Toyville was always fun to walk the aisle of my local Woolworth and Kmart seeing all of theses toys.
Thanks for sharing your collection
Hats off for the greatest thing kids would ever step in Toys R Us 😩😩😩
I enjoyed your story of collecting as much as the collection. It is awesome and you are too! Thanks for sharing Michael.
Thanks! :D
Boy am I glad to hear that! Nice to know there's still kids like that around, and parents able to teach them to be that way. Thanks for sharing! :D
Thanks! Nerdmasté! 🙏
Enjoyed the video a lot. It's so well edited and filmed and you can tell how much love went into everything :)
Thanks Fiona! 🙏
I have a collection of Eaglemoss lead figurines in my office. After watching this I feel totally normal. Actually I feel impoverished. Thank you sir. This is art.
Amazing video my friend. Your collection is a true work of art. My wife is also very supportive of my passion for collecting. Every birthday and holiday I can guarantee at least 1 or more figures that I e had my eye on
I miss the days of hunting at toys r us. I also grew up in the 80s. These department stores just dont have the magic of toys r us
Once again, beautiful collection, enjoy!
Thanks Tommy! Glad you enjoyed it. What a wonderful lady you have! Don't forget to remind her every day! Nerdmasté! 🙏
Born in 1972, your channel appealed to me on a visceral level! You are the possessor of a wonderful collection!
Haha, thanks! Happy to share. :D
Born in 1979. 80s/90s kid. LOVED TRU AND LOVED THIS!!!!!
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed. Yo Joe!
I think people forget toys are a form of art nice collection man
Well said!
Hey man. The small bit of your back story really moved me. I’m glad you have the means to make a room like that one now!
Thanks Scott! Nerdmasté! 🙏
