I can tell you as an older male and a child of rock from the 70's on, there I, and MANY others like me, have become loyal fans since finding The Warning. To be honest, I didn't see the novelty of an all-female band, what I saw was three very incredible, passionate musicians who are helping to usher in Rock's new sound to the world. Thank you Rock Band (thanks for the correction Emanon905) and their supportive parents. Viva la rock n' roll!

If you know what I mean. They put their songs together and let the hits take care of themselves. Their passion, drive and love of their songs says it all!! The fact that they’re all absolutely gorgeous doesn’t hurt either! 😉

      They have arrived!
They are single handedly reviving rock from decades old stagnation
They are by far the best rock band of the XXI Century!
They possibly could become one of the best rock bands of all time...hall of famers :)
      Male or female band!
      Best rock songwriting in decades!
They are like getting hit by the Beatles...or Led Zeplin, back in the day.
      They are a surreal phenomenom!

Another oldish guy here who LOVES this band. One of the (many) reactors to their music said something that I think is true, and why so many 40+ people instantly like their music; it's like it's familiar, even though it's new. Like, the song Queen of the Murder Scene, to me, has a kind of Black Sabbath flavor to it, but it's NOT just someone trying to sound like Black Sabbath, right? In other songs, you can hear a mix of other influences, but it's never just them trying to be someone else. When they did their version of Enter Sandman for the Metallica Blacklist album, that was another example... familiar in a way, but totally new and fresh. That's some kind of magic.
And they're such good people! I saw videos of them meeting fans after shows, and these little girls would come up to them with their guitars in hand and their faces would just be glowing... they're already inspiring a new generation of women who rock!

Rolling Quartz, Band Maid, VOB, Otyken (not entirely female and very strange music) and I think it was Love Bites all have that similar attitude of gratefulness, poise, matter fact speaking, and almost sense of wonder about how lucky they are.

Perhaps the pinnacle of bands formed in the 2000s, The Warning owes its success to their undeniable talent, unwavering work ethic, and deep connection with their fan base. Since the number of women in rock bands beat out the west about 10 to 1 if not more. Band-Maid, Lovebites, Chacharic Spin, Trident, Nemophila, Hanabie, are just a few of the ALL female bands, but then there's great female fronted ones too. Glim Spanky, Polkadot Stingray, Hitsujibungaku, Babymetal. The Warning is even going to be doing a show with Band-Maid this year in Japan.

If you are interested..... in youtube is an excellent mini doc about how in the last few years women take the leadership of this new era of rock and metal music, basically we are in the era of femmale bands in rock and metal music. The mini doc is from the prestigious channel of journalists of DW How women take the rock and metal music. Very interesting and related to the current explotion of femmale rock and metal bands.

@@GregPourciau True but still that's only a hand full. Japan seems to have so many! Especially of ALL female bands. I could have also mentioned Scandal, BRATS, Otoboke Beaver, Atarashii Gakko, Shishamo, these are all bands currently with albums recently out. Many that haven't come out with one in a while. Not to mention also the best singer in the world (I think) Ado.

There's a vid of Ale playing a piece of classical music on the piano when she was six years old. Their work ethic and passion for music was intense from the time they were little kids. Just mind boggling.

That is exciting news that they might be doing a US run around all the festivals here in the US because I want to see them so bad!! I discovered The Warning back in August of 2023. And since discovering them. I was hooked from the absolut beginning, I jumped immediately into the rabbit hole of everything. All the behind the scenes videos, concert videos, aftermovies, documentaries on their youtube,Vlogs, fan videos from concerts, all the songs, all the interviews, literally everything. And I just absolutely fell in love with this band and the girls.
And will always and forever be a member of The Warning Army. I have listened to them every day since I discovered them. That's how much I love them and love their music. I have obviously never seen them live and hope to very very soon. I would go to one of the festivals to see them, but my thing is i want my first live experience of The Warning to be at one of their own headlining tour shows and not at a festival where they only play for 30 minutes and are playing 3rd or 4th fiddle to bigger bands. So i will happily and eagerly wait for them to announce a US tour and make it to one of them shows.

These are really special artists that deserve every bit of success they achieve. All of their records are outstanding, with Queen of the Murder Scene in particular being a truly stunning achievement given their ages when it was written and recorded. I cannot wait for the new record.

I've been a hard rock fan since I was a teen in the 80s. There weren't many women in the genre back then- maybe a dozen, only half of which maintained name recognition. Fast-forward to today, I feel like the male hard rock groups are constantly putting out "more of the same" to the point I don't feel much interest in them. But the women in this space, my goodness, they are blowing the doors off the joint. The Warning are my absolute favorites, not only on stage, but off stage as well. It's amazing how they can be absolute hard rock goddesses on stage, then step off the stage being more humble and thankful than most people who aren't even famous. I'm loving the newer breed of female-fronted rock and the material they all are giving us. Finally, hard rock is getting a dose of originality again.

Only those that lived the rock culture in their youth, all those decades ago, would truly get it.
Only those people would understand how we lived it, and what we lost. It meant everything to us, and we lived it daily.
When we lost it due to growing up, becoming adults, raising a family, and the grunge era ushered in a new style of music, plus Radio payola became a thing, those feelings all but died out for us.
The Warning has rekindled all that for us. Now we are older, families are raised, and we have more time to do things for ourselves, we selfishly soak up everything DPA throws at us. We get excited to go to concerts again, wear rock concert Shirts, and collect memorabilia. They make us happy, and they make us proud watching them grow and succeed in life.
So for me, it's more than just the music they play, it's about enjoying life again, as we used too, and they bring back an era that was part of who we used to be. For us older fans, they are our fountain of youth. They make us forget the daily stress of adulting, and make some of us feel alive again. No band has done this for me in decades. Great interview! 🤟⚡

I am a man in my mid 60s- I found The Warning by accident on you tube several years ago! This was back when the bass guitar was taller than Ale'. This interview was very telling - meaning it kind of gave us some understanding from where these young ladies are coming from an going! I will say that all of these ladies have a great vocabulary and a very deep understanding of the English language ( this is a great feat given they hail from Monterrey, Mexico). Their parents must be very proud! As far as women in rock are concerned- Heart (there is a Band!)
