Hi, thanks for asking, yes, I'm getting stronger every day. I still have to be careful with my heart and I'm on a lot of medication now, but I can still ride :) Cheers mate!

I'm happy to hear that and, hopefully the medication is just short term till you are back 'normal' again. The bike riding is 100% good 🤗
