But what is the point of finding co-founder and hiring team members before actually finding clients. I think an individual can start learning skills and then start with doing freelancing in that particular neeche, understanding market and clients requirements, building trust then later if he figure he needs to expand then he can find parteners to expand his freelance business and can eventually convert into buisness agency. I think this is more practical way.
