In New Zealand about a decde ago the left had a failing leadership. They were behind in all the polls. A few of months out from the election they switched for Jacinda Adern. In New Zealand about a decde ago the left had a failing leadership. They were behind in all the polls. A few of months out from the election they switched for Jacinda Adern. Young, woman, full of energy. This allowed the party to change messaging, be more vital and inspirational. It lead to the left sweeping the election and NZ having one of its better Prime ministers. This change could be so positive if the dems can overcome the fear and inertia inherent in top level politics.

This state is a fucking mess, rampant with wage theft, a horrendously low minimum wage, average rent has skyrocketed to $1200 a month, our car insurance on average is $300 a month, our roads are constantly fucked, we have no mass transit system, our regulatory agencies like OSHA and Licensing & Regulatory Affairs department for monitoring safety violations, wage violations, etc are purposely understaffed and underfunded to allow capitalists to rape the fuck out of us.

I don't get why Sam keeps talking about "if he can go out there and answer questions from journalists", the man is senile, we already know he can't. If they put him out there to try, he will fail, there's no question about this at this point. You don't get better once this type of decline happens.
