Enjoyed catching up with you today and love seeing all your beautiful Christmas stitching everything looks amazing 🤩 Have a wonderful week and happy stitching 😊🧵🪡🤗🤩🎁🎄❄️
I cannot begin to tell you how inspirational this FT was for me! I found so many things that I want to stitch! Thank you so much for showing all of the beautiful things you have done!!!!! Wishing you a very Happy New Year! Love, Laura
Merry Christmas: Thank-you for sharing all your finished works with us, love the Santa Pillow and the dye work you did to the fabric, I have made so many of the stockings, they have other charts besides this one. Love that metal tree. Love all your primitive designs, oh my gosh shoe polish so creative I would never have thought that would work. Peppermint and Holly booklet has some lovely designs, love the border on Merry Christmas, no need for matting. Love your Christmas displays. Sweet finish on the Prairie Schooler Santa, On Prancer, love the finish and the bells add the perfect touch. Lovely finish on Jingle Bells, so cute.
Beautiful stitching!!! Love the feather tree behind you. However, the metal tree with the tiny stockings is so sweet and just adorable!!! Your coffee dyed stitches look so perfect in your gorgeous home!! Love your videos. Have a peaceful blessed Christmas.
Hi My Friend! Merry Christmas and those mini stockings…. oh my!!! Love how your Noel Sampler turned out - just stunning! You are a turbo stitcher and thank you for the nudge to continue with my needle. Love you!
Hello my PPS, I know you have been busy creating beautiful things for yourself and others, love your generous heart. Merry Christmas to you and family.
Love those Christmas finishes, especially Country Rustic Primitives, I've stitched many of those too. I've added to the list on some of these. Thanks for the video and inspiration. Happy New Year! Happy Stitching!
GREAT VIDEO!!! I LOVE all of your vintage looking Christmas pieces & as a result have also stitched many of them. Makes me want to stitch Christmas aat least all winter! Thank you for sharing!
I always love seeing your videos! In fact I stopped viewing for a bit so I could order that sweet Prairie Schooler Santa with the tree. I love the border. Can't wait to see your house tour, I love the many ways you incorporate your stitching in your decorating!
Nice to see you again! Beautiful stitching! I love seeing the previous stitched pictures! Love the little stockings. Have a merry Christmas and happy new year!!
Thank you for sharing your wonderful Christmas stitching projects, your finishes are so good and I love the flat finish, so unique! I have a lot of white Aida, I need to get some stitching done and then tea dye it. I’m not a linen stitcher so hopefully the Aida will take the tea/ coffee dye as well as the linen does. Thanks for mentioning the Plum Street freebie charts, January stitching plans I think. I’ll be looking forward to your home photo tour. Merry Christmas to you! 🎄
Yes, Aida will dye nicely as well. I have a large older Christmas stitch, which I should have shared, that I stitched on Aida many, many years ago and coffee dyed about 5 years ago and it looks good. Will try to remember to share next time. Enjoy those Plum Street smalls. Thanks for watching, Merry Christmas.
Good to see you back. I always enjoy your videos and as always, I had to pause the video to go shopping. You are a great enabler. Merry Christmas to you and yours.
My goodness Kristy, such eye candy! I love them all (& have stitched many of them or ready to stitch 🤭) cause you know like I’m always telling you, to copy someone is a huge compliment 😬. I’ve been copying you for a few years now because you have the best charts and stitching in the primitive style. LOVE your feather tree!!! Hugs to my PPS
Another inspiring video, Kristy. Thank you! And oh, those little stockings! Because of you, I bought the book last year (and the one with the mittens), and then proceeded to forget all about them! 🙄🙃. Great idea about swapping out the frames. And thank you for explaining your coffee dying technique again. I really want to try that! I’m looking forward to your house tour! And I hope you and your family have a very Merry Christmas! I ❤
So happy to see you again! I always look forward to seeing your projects. Looking forward to the 2024 Christmas house tour. Thank you for so generously sharing with us all!
Lovely finishes! I forgot about the little stockings book from when you showed it last year. I own every single Need'l Love Threads book but none of the older cross-stitch books. Of course, a lot of Googling this morning and now can't find it😢. Some day ..... have a Merry Christmas!
Such a wonderful flosstube, Kristy - you are right at the top of my favorites to watch! Love those little stockings, thanks to you showing them previously I collected the charts and have stitched 5 that need to be fully finished. Your primitive pieces are so warm and cozy to me. Do you coffee dye by brushing on, and do you try to put less on the stitched areas, or just apply randomly? I wish you a very Blessed and Merry Christmas!
I’ve done tea dyeing but not coffee dyeing. Do you use instant coffee or do you use brewed coffee? How much coffee and water? Also please explain the baking process after the dyeing-thank you!
Kristy , always so many lovely’s 🎄 each piece done up beautifully. I have stitched many of the sane pieces… live Jenny’s collection from Country Rustic. I wonder do you a video in your procedure in baking the linen after dying it? Blessings, Kristen 🎄♥️🎄🙏
It’s always lovely to see you! I love all your stitching I think I should try the coffee dye method you use I love how it leaves a glow around the stitching! I wanted to ask you about the rusty bells, I purchased some and have not used them because the little bag is full of rust….. do yours transfer?
Had an idea…..those PSS 12 days would be super cute finished as a garland. I better get cracking for next year! Then there’s the issue of my “brilliant” ideas flying right out of my mind. I’m going to have to start writing down my ideas on index cards and tucking it inside the patterns. Sheesh….the struggle is real!
I just watched Carol, the Saltbox Stitcher, and now this. It makes me want to just keep stitching Christmas designs all year long, but I have no more room to display them. 😩
You are very inspiring with your beautiful stitching. Can you share where you get your rusty bells and safety pins and the sizes? I get really confused when looking on Etsy to understand just how large or small they are. I stitch mostly smalls. Blessed Christmas to you as well. Suzette
Thanks very much! I have to do some googling myself to convert to inches. I have purchased pins and bells on Ebay or Amazon and prefer the painted pins best - they don't leave a mark on your fabric. For the pins, I get a variety of sizes 1 inch and smaller along with the rusty bells. Also like the "bulb" pins to place buttons on for embellishment. Merry Christmas to you!
Merry Christmas to you! If you don’t mind sharing, where did you get that awesome Christmas tree off to your side? I have been looking tor several years for just such a tree (maybe I’m not googling it correctly - always a possibility 🤷♀️).
Thank you! I purchased the tree from Overstock, like you I have wanted a sparse, feather tree look that fit my budget and it works great! Merry Christmas!
Those tiny stockings are so darn cute! Love your pieces.
Thanks very much, they are very sweet.
Those tiny Need'l Love stockings would look cute in the arms of a tiny primitive doll. Hope you had a nice holiday, thanks for the wonderful video.
They sure would - thanks for watching!
Great idea! They are adorable.
Enjoyed catching up with you today and love seeing all your beautiful Christmas stitching everything looks amazing 🤩

An enjoyable view. I would like to know what the pears are made of on your Christmas tree. Love the look.
Thank you. The pears are plastic that I dipped in wax and then sprinkled with cinnamon to grunge.
