Today the Chiro family is going on a trip. Chiro heads back to the house to get his ball. Mistaking a bag with Chiro's face on front as Chiro, dad thinks that everybody is in the car and heads off. Chico and Chiyo are reading their books and don't know that Chiro did not get on the car. Chiro tries to stop the bus, but it is long gone, and Chiro ends up home alone. Rain pouring, and thunder striking... a strange voice approaches the front door calling Chiro's name. Will Chiro, now scared and shaking, be able to guard the house by himself?
