    Thanks for the presentation. The Mk II Zephyrs were, in my opinion the best design that Ford UK ever produced. I had two convertibles, a pre-lowline 1956 and 1961 model and a 1961 saloon - oh if only I had just one of them now!!! A beautiful restoration - congratulations.

    "Absolutely Gorgeous", in my opinion this is the very best Ford Classic Car. Had one when young, could not afford to keep it,😭.
    Thanks for rebuilding it properly, Lovely.

    Fabulous restoration, must be the best there is surely. Such painstaking work and I am sure many would love to see a breakdown of how it was done for tutorial and projects.
    Thanks for sharing this, so very well done, wonderful piece of 60s motor memorabilia.

    Magnificent restoration. As a teenager I could only dream that my father could afford one of these. I did do a restoration on a MK 1 Zephyr (posted here on RUclips) but nowhere as professional as yours.

    This model was the best Ford of England ever built of its time in my opinion, my brother in the 60's had one it was a fantastic car and I always wanted one, what a fantastic job you've done of the restoration of this wonderful old car I'm very very envious

    I had a Mk2 Zodiac and Mk2 Zephyr and apart from the different front grills and back panel and the gold plated name lettering there were three other differences that restorers always seem to miss out. The Zodiac had a clock just above the rear view mirror and the back bench seat had a centre armrest, the Zephyr did not have these. also Zodiacs were all two tone whereas the Zephyrs were only sold new with one colour

    Hi. I am trying to restore the same car and I was hoping you could help me out. I'm assuming you replaced the drum brake system and did a disk brake conversion? Since the car was designed for a drum brake system does doing said conversion affect the performance or longevity of the car?

    • @eddiecrann5705
      @eddiecrann5705 5 лет назад

      Arbab Musa You could order disk brakes as an option, but in 1961 they became standard on all three models

      Hi Eddie, do you still own this car? If so can I do interview about your car and film your car for my RUclips series "Garage Stories"? :)
