To fully understand what is happening in Serbia, you need to look at the broader political picture. It's important not to immediately assume that some Serbs did or said something because Serbia is home to many different communities. There are people in Serbia who have been working against the interests of the Serbian state and its people for the past 100 years, and they quite loudly represent their own interests and positions. For example, Marinika Tepić, who was born into an ethnic Romanian family in Pancevo, openly pursues pro-American, anti-Serbian, and anti-Russian policies both in the Serbian parliament and at protests throughout Belgrade. She is joined by Đilas, Čanak, and many others who lead the "Freedom and Justice" party. Many of them come from smaller communities, often Croatian, Romanian, Bulgarian, Albanian, and Bosniak, and they present themselves as Serbs, even though they promote anti-Serbian positions and interests.
Can you be certain that those people who were playing loud music were really Serbs, just because they speak Serbian? It's important to remember that speaking a language doesn't necessarily indicate allegiance or identity. Let me draw a parallel to make this easier to understand: Do only Russians use the Russian language? How many different nations and ethnic groups live within the Russian Federation? Everyone there speaks Russian, but that doesn't mean they all have the same feelings towards Russia. For instance, do Ukrainians who speak Russian love Russia? There are almost 25 million Muslims living in the Russian Federation, and they all speak Russian, but do they all love Russia equally? The same goes for Serbia; it's home to many different communities and speaking Serbian doesn't necessarily reflect their sentiments towards Russians or Serbs.
Serbs generally do not want to join NATO because NATO has consistently sided with the enemies of the Serbian people in various situations, during the SFRY, the Republic of Serbian Krajina, and the Republic of Srpska. NATO has always represented the interests of our adversaries. Now, there are parties in the Serbian parliament advocating for NATO membership, which many Serbs see as a betrayal. It's important to remember that we have been punished for actions we did not commit, while the crimes of our enemies have not been prosecuted in The Hague or in their local courts. And it is all done under American and EU Influence. Most Serbs are also against joining the EU because they view it as an extension of the fascist alliance from World War II, consisting of German puppet states and protectorates outside the German Reich: Germany, Italy, the Independent State of Croatia, Bulgaria, Romania, the Netherlands, Denmark, Norway, Albania, and other countries that did not resist the Nazis.
