    Sir, can you please mention a few exercises where I get used to the split step or base bounce positions? (I dont know excatly what its called, its when you push against the ground just as opponent hits the shuttle to optimize speed). My badminton coach it seems is not interested in teaching me this, so I wish to learn by myself.

    Hello Sir, a very well made video again:) However, I believe the bases in this video only apply when you are attacking or controlling the opponent. May I know how should I change the base when I am under attack or control? If you can make a video about it it's even better. Thanks a lot - Henry

      Yes you are right this is the clip when you are controlling/putting opponent under pressure. I will make clips about when you are under pressure. Thanks for asking. Lee

    What should be the diet??

    • @coachingbadminton
      @coachingbadminton  7 лет назад +4

      When I was training hard in my young age, I ate what ever I want but the amount of training is always greater. If you are training very hard then do eat what you like and how much you like but if you are not training much then you may have to watchwhat you eat. The best way for you to get best information will be contacting and searching the information from the export in that field. I am not qualified and have not much information about it. Lee

    Hi coach lee it's me again. I am facing problems with maintaining my balance on court. I am 15 years old and I'm 1.83 meters tall, which is considered tall at my age. I tend to lose my balance easily when receiving drop shots, smashes. This is a big disadvantage in my game. May I know how to overcome this / improve my balance? Thanks - Henry

      It would be better to get the information from a professional in that field as I am not really qualified to talk about it. Lee
