The divider kind of makes the living room area a little less open but I feel like I could still work with it. Just switch the locations of the dining room area and the TV area. Maybe add an L couch flush to that divider even. Still got a bunch of potential for a home like this.
💯. We weren't fans of the divider but still lots you can do with the layout. Some people do still like walled off dividers to create separation or different spaces in the home instead of giant open floor plans. Thank you for watching! 🙏
Can’t argue with you there. 🥵 typically, if you would like to buy a new home with a pool it will be one of the model homes that already has it. Otherwise, and in most cases, it’s something you would have to do after the fact. Please reach out to us and we can help you further 702-330-5536 🙏

Hate the divider.
We weren't big fans of it either but I get why they put it there. Thank you for your feedback and watching the video. 🙏
HOA?
If you're asking if there is an HOA, yes. Inspirada HOA is $85/month at the time of filming this video.
I don’t like that divider lol
