This area of the great room did feel cramped but that's the beauty of them being great rooms. A lot of it open for interpretation. Definitely! It's a room that a lot of builders focus on as they know it's typically one of the main attractors for homes.

If it’s a temporary buy down, the max it will go to is what the rate was at the time you purchased so likely around 7%. It then stays that way for the life of the loan. The problem previously was adjustable rate mortgages and then when the rates increased dramatically people got in trouble. Also in 2008 they were giving loans to anyone and not as stringent checks. Completely different to 2008 in so many ways. Also HOA, at least here doesn’t raise by much when it does raise.
