Can Konami explain to me why so many water decks have this strange text that says, cannot summon anything from the ED except WATER monsters, or cannot link except Fish but Snake eyes has no such lock and just plays whatever it wants as long as princess is not on the field? How about instead of banning all the cards that make non meta decks fun because they are too powerful in the meta deck, Konami just add more fair conditions and design new extra deck monsters to use with the lock? They could still sell cards and make the game possibly more diverse.
Konami does this to control what decks are meta. The less restrictions a deck gets the more obvious it is pushed by Konami. For business reasons they want to know in advance what will be good
@simpking2500 True, it is just a sad part of the design of the game. T0 is actually beneficial for their sales and easier to balance. Only have to worry about making sure one deck is playable.
Water duelists are drinking good! I've been testing out Umi-Ice Barrier - it seems to work pretty well, but the Ice Barrier lines can be a bit complicated. I was pulling the last pack for Yubel stuff, but somehow managed to get 3 royal rare Centur-ion cards. Guess I'm trying out your Ghot-ion deck at some point!

I think you might be underrating the new ghotis I found psiics is one of the best cards in the deck the plays it can do sometimes are amazing. I’ve been playing ice barrier ghotis in the water+ wind festival you should try it out. The idea is Lancea provides your ghotis with all the level 4 and 6 synchro material you need on the opponents turn. Also I’ve been meaning to send you my replacement replay so I’ll send it tomorrow
Dude, you need to rethink Psiics and Kerf, they create awesome lines getting you straight to either a synchro 8 or 10 depending, they all synergies off each other Kerf is crazy. test a deck with mainly ghoti to get synergies going. Gold sarc and crossout are musts1
I think you're underestimating psiics, I've started banishing it off of snopios and it generates a lot of advantage plus easily letting you get your tuners in the banish zone.
Don’t sleep on packbit. It’s a water type subversion on legs. Make it with hop ear and snipe key things into the back row. lol I made a few videos on ghoti, they have been wrecking face on ladder and the event.

Deck list could use some love. Abyss Shark is a great add since it acts as a copy of sunfish and an extra body to allow anemone plays. If you don’t have plays you can use him and angler for kragen. Harpooner is also really good in the deck even as a one of. No reasons at all to run 3 of each main tuner. Slots for stardusts are also kind of a waste when you could use them for links anemone and abyss keeper. Finally I’m not even sure your current deck list could summon Trish lol
Also Psiics is legit the best card in the main deck now. You can play at 1 but need to be vanishing him every time off Arionpos. He gets the tuner in rotation by adding then banishing but now you have him in rotation as a body and to keep adding and banishing
Have you considered dimension fissure? its nuts, banished all monsters sent to graveyard. counters many decks, works well with ghoti. also love the commenting, I learned a lot!

Psiics is your prime banish target off of arionpos. When it’s banished it summons itself and gets another fish from the deck. You can even still do the normal zep banishment thing or if you have another target in your hand you can banish that and save zep to banish with snopios.

Umi ice barrier sounds sweet! With the aegerine making lvl 10 so easy to access it could be very easy to splash ice barrier

FishborgGhoti is, in my opinion, a better Ghoti deck. It's more consistent and can play through more interruptions.

Yeah we do actually need some fish in the gy so fissure might be hard to use well. Shifter can be very strong in ghoti though
