Making an arrest is not abduction stop PROPAGANDA and MISINFORMATION.

There is a clearly spelt out procedure on how arrests should be done. An accused person should be informed that they are under arrest, informed of their crimes/or reason for the arrest, recorded at a police station, be allowed access to legal representation, presented before a court of law within hours.
When did one being picked up by unidentified persons in unmarked cars, taken to an undisclosed location and held for days without being presented to a police station or court of law become anything other than abduction? That it was done by state actors does not change the facts.
      Wajinga waliisha Kenya bwana.
