Demonstration of two different workflows: using the Metahuman face topology or a completely custom mesh topology. The asset showcased in the intro was purchased from 3D Scan Store, using their mesh topology instead of the default Metahuman's. We highly recommend checking out their amazing assets!

Please make in depth tutorials on this. I have been looking everywhere for easy to follow guides on customizing metahumans but not much is out there. All I’ve wanted was to make a stylized girl with big eyes kind of like Pixar/ Disney princesses. If this addon is capable of doing that could you please make a tutorial dedicated to this topic? It would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
All this is actually possible to do in Maya today, UE natively supports it for DNA, and there are a bunch of programs built on top of this Maya workflow - Mesh Morpher, Metapipe, etc. But Maya and the plugins cost a few thousand dollars; this solution seems to be the first one allowing for custom Metahuman creation in Blender - really looking forward to it!

Hello, sorry for the lack of responses. We are hard at work wrapping up the addon and starting on documentation. We aren't committing to a set release date yet, but tenantively in the next couple weeks. Can we import the hair?
I've been testing this out for a few days so far and it's incredible! I'm still trying to figure out how to get the animations loaded up like you have in this demo, any tips would be appreciated! Thank you
Glad to hear! For the video, we wrote a script that we used to transfer the animation curves. However, we are planning to add support for the unreal FBX level sequence export. Checkout this issue.

You should be able to import your Metahuman performances directly onto the Face Board in Blender soon.

Is this like metapipe for Blender?
Is it also works with mac os? If yes, thrn it is a no brainer to take it. Because Mesh to Metahuman still dosent support Mac Os since years!....
