  • * Shrimp sushi
    - Ingredients: Sushi shrimp (boiled and seasoned in sweet vinegar sold in online markets), rice
    - Sweet candle water (chodaeri): 3 tablespoons vinegar, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 teaspoon salt
    (The shrimp package includes sweet vinegar water, wasabi, and soy sauce. Still, I am sharing the sweet water recipe.)
    1. Mix 2 bowls of rice + 2 tablespoons of room temperature sweet candle water.
    2. Shape the sushi by moistening the spoon and hands with water.
    (It is easier to shape the rice if you scoop it up with a spoon and shape it)
    3. Put shrimp on top of sushi
    (Sushi shrimp are blanched and then seasoned, so just remove the moisture with a paper towel, etc.)
