I have read that this is perhaps largely a North American phenomenon, caused by the speedy manufacture of our gluten products. From what I’ve read, Europe doesn’t have nearly the levels of gluten intolerance we do, but they are more likely to practice “old school” manufacturing practices such as letting bread sit over night before baking. That has some sort of effect on grains. I don’t exactly understand it myself yet. But there are plenty of anecdotal stories of North Americans that can’t eat bread that go to Europe and seem to tolerate it there. Also, I do think gluten affects everyone a little bit, we just seldom make the connection. A runny nose here, a spell of fatigue there, knee pain that comes and goes that you can’t quite explain, trouble getting to sleep, skin rash on your foot etc. Took me years to make the connection for myself.

That's misinformation. There is a strong Wheat Culture (pun intended) in Morocco and Egypt which are countries in Africa, but there is some rumors that their wheat is different, or maybe in some areas any food is better than none.
@@The_Apple_Fritter None of that is true. You really need to learn what is and isn't a reliable source. Even Europe says it's not true.
YOU MUST BE EATING A LOT OF IT !!
Once I stop eating gluten, I start experiencing dizziness and my belly is even bigger(I'm slim. I really don't know what to do

All Diseases are to be blamed on gluten intake. Far East Asia people don't eat wheat, only rice so there wud be No diseases in that area?? Also in Africa wheat is not part of their diet so No diseases there too ‼️😊
There are no diseases in Africa. Lmao😂😂
Never met someone so scared of bread before

That's misinformation. There is a strong Wheat Culture (pun intended) in Morocco and Egypt which are countries in Africa, but there is some rumors that their wheat is different, or maybe in some areas any food is better than none.
In Asia, food made with imported wheat can be found everywhere, due to the historical link with china... but maybe gluten intolerance is less known because they have a wider range of food choices.
Do you know what causes autoimmune responses in Far East Asia? RICE. Yep, people have autoimmune responses to rice.
@@lannguyen-pu1db Those rumors have been debunked.
If you look at a world map of where celiac diseases reported Africa has one of the highest reported instances of celiac disease. What are you even talking about
