I think you are confusing men and women. Men have testosterone that degrades their youthful register of singing voice. Women and castrati do not have this issue.

I met a guy from Crowborough. I came down from Heywood, grt. Manchester. What a weird place. A few few weeks later he came to Heywood. The Terror in his eyes as we got of the bus will stay with me forever 😄 So the point is, fxxk joe strummer and the Clash. They were ponces, who appealed to ponces.
