      Great choice! I saw them over at Dirt Cheap Plants and they're definitely cool, very nice foliage and mega easy to grow I imagine.

    Interesting selections I’ve got to look and see if I can get here in US online. When you look at your garden and it does not quite look complete it’s usually the small plants that are missing I’ve been very focused on that in my garden this year

      Nice one and yes, your'e completely right. I know there's part of my garden here which aren't 'finished' and don't work yet and usually it's a few key filler plants which complete the garden picture over time. There's always room for more plants!

    Thanks, George. My garden is in full sun for about 8 -9 hours per day. Do you have a video for Gardens in full Sun

      Would be interested in this also. I had to give up on one corner of the garden which is in sun all day. Everything dies without constant watering.

      This was just a quick look at a few plants but I'll certainly see what I can get together later in spring @jimmyalvinewart6361 & @nightnightninja8211 - there's definitely a good selection of tough plants I rely on here.

    Brilliant ideas. Never heard of any of these plants but super choices particularly the impatiens. I'll be on the hunt for them. Cheers 👍

    Great video as usual. In spain at the moment harvesting lots of fallen palm seeds. Going to pop them in my muesli to come home😉😉😉.🤞

      Haha thanks, I'm pressing you mean eat them in your muesli while you're there for some extra continental goodness and zero biosecurity risks... I hope you have a great time and you're not there purely for botanical hard labour!

    I have a shady front garden, North Facing, so these would be perfect. The lawn is full of moss, I am planning on getting rid if the lawn and focusing on all shade loving plants, moss covered area

    • @GeorgesJungleGarden
      @GeorgesJungleGarden  4 месяца назад +1

      That sounds very beautiful and I think you’re doing the right thing by replacing the mossy lawn with some suitable and beautiful planting 😊 Hellebores, Epimediums, Hakonechloa macra grass and of course some ferns and snow drops would work very well too!

    I’ve just seen a garden with Arum Italicum growing in lots of the shade areas. I think it looks amazing, what are your thoughts on these? Too invasive, definitely looks like it belongs in a jungle and around my pond.

    • @GeorgesJungleGarden
      @GeorgesJungleGarden  4 месяца назад

      Nice one, they're certainly exotic looking but yes, potentially a vigorous spreader in the right conditions so something to consider. I don't know which forms are better behaved but they would tie in nicely with some larger Zantedeschia wouldn't they.
