Hi, chris thanks to your video i am doing a no contact rule almost a month, i quit on social media except vlogging on my youtube channel, but here is my question no contact rule is to create mystery from my ex, but for me i am still active on my youtube everytime i upload i always put my videos on public so he can watch and see my through it. Did i broke the no contact rule? For me, using that no contact is to focus on my things that are in my control, so i work on my youtube channel for my own instead of focusing to my ex, but i am worried about it maybe i broke the healing process. What should i do right on this?

Thanks coach My broke up since 8 month without contact but we contact for work only since I’m her supervisor at work . I gift her on March 2021 for our anniversary and July for her birthday . Then I ignore . I notice she called for anything regard work I keep help and ignore . Later on she bake bread and asked me to buy which I did she feed me two of ten by her hand and she allowed me to kiss her hand and hug her. . Later on she ignore me few week later she asked me to buy and I said no thanks i don’t want this time few week later on beginning of oct 2021 she asked me favorite to buy the flower for baking I did and again she allowed me to kiss her hand then again she ignore . Last week in oct 2021 she start to call me almost every day in teams for work related and talking about her study since she’s going to Canada to study and she will come back after two years . Also she asked me by joke like joke if I can help her with her visa to visit again here on her summer vacation.
