    Hello Prof, I used to watch your videos from Kenya in 2022 but I am now completing my first year of PhD in the US in a stem course. Just know you inspired me. Thank you. Actually all the things you said turned out to be true to me when i came to the US.

    I’ve been rocking the YESOUL spin bike for like a month now, and honestly, it’s totally transformed my fitness game! The coolest part? Being able to rock those workout vids straight into my setup keeps me super hooked and fired up!

    After getting the YESOUL spin bike, I couldn't wait to kick off my fitness adventure. My initial ride was tough, yet the screen casting feature kept things fun. I aimed to cycle daily for a month straight. At the end of that period, I felt super accomplished and way healthier. This bike has really pushed me to keep moving!

    Just wanted to make two points...
    1) Is the size of home & apartment anywhere near to same?
    2) Do you buy only home or you can own apartment as well? And isn't that kind of middle path between home and rented apartment?

      @@DesiAmericanProfessor That makes sense. It is more practical in a university setting. I just delivered a seminar and educated students about our major of environmental and occupational health and safety and how they can use it as a premed major to apply to medical schools as opposed to other majors as premed. I guess highlighting the employable majors without a negative connotation to other majors is a key,

    Why do you need such a big house for you to live alone? Rather than cutting smaller sums like 80, 100 USD..just move to a smaller place.

    • @AtulKedia
      @AtulKedia Месяц назад

      Not necessarily alone. People often have 2-3 people in the house, the two spouses or partners with or without a pet(s) and/or child(ren).
      That said, American houses are excessively large, and buying a "McMansion" house is understood as the American way of life. Depending on the city you are there may or may not be decent what is called a 'condominium' or a 'flat'. Additionally, these houses are usually far from grocery shops/markets/workplaces/dentists/schools/parks/entertainment, basically everything. So people spend even more money and time going to each of these places using a car. Meaning you are physically and socially isolated in your mansion and you can enjoy as much as you want inside, but any time you want to go out you have to spend money driving a car that requires hidden expenses such as maintenance, insurance, registration.

  • @rohanjadhav2077
    @rohanjadhav2077 9 месяцев назад

    Your house expenses are exorbitant for Texas. I live in Fresno, CA and own a single family home. I pay much lesser (granted it’s not LA or SF), mortgage and interest 1500, property tax 260, no HOA, insurance 80, pest control 100 and landscaping 75 (total of 2015) I don’t pay cleaning. We clean ourselves. I wouldn’t even afford 4500 and I am also a faculty! We are R2 institution and don’t earn as much as R1.
