Drake labels himself as such, and so has Jay. and there are standards that come with that, that drake has followed and discarded depending on the situation. So yes, he will be judged by those standards by hip hop music critics.
It's so American to not know somone personally at all but feel so comfortable to tell someone who they are, who they aren't and how they should act loool y'all are insane you don't know that man.
It’s clear as day to anyone that he’s not being his real self cause his personality, clothes, voice, everything changes so much that he clearly has no connection to his real self. Don’t even have to look that hard to realize that.
@@jasonnn247ppl change and evolve, that’s literally life 😂😂😂
Lol I just think it's not as obvious to non Americans how inauthentic Drake is. We see this alot with Suburban kids in our own country.
@@jasonnn247 who tf cares what "anyone" is saying we don't know him. Lmao y'all come up with random reasons to not like somone, it's so simple just say "I'm hater and I dislike Drake for no real reason" and stand on that.

Hello was waiting for you
Me to bro, losing some extra weight, feeling great!
You all forgot that when Jay-Z lost to Nas it took a year or two before he was making Hits again, the Blueprint 2 was a terrible album, but, eventually he made The Black Album 🔥🔥 Give Drake time he will be back making hit music this is just his Hate Era where everybody hates Drake even though he makes music more relevant with just his presence 🐸☕️🦉🦉
That rugby though!
Go crazy bro, I stopped juicing fruits lol….juice the veggies tho, I find myself not eating enough veggies
Spiriling 😂😂😂
It's hard being a superstar/celebrity, these guys might say they don't care what we think but it ultimately makes a difference because they nothing without the fans
I think this is bigger than rap. I think this is business what Drake is doing!!
Hate how ya keep saying we never knew who he was or he doesn’t have his own sound. Like did we forget drakes sound was the Singy shit. Marvin’s room and houstalantavegas type ish, is drakes sound. The first half of his career everyone made of the type of music. I remember at one point People saying they feel “drake” meaning sad. Now all of a sudden he has no sound. Sheep
He hasn't had that sound since 2015 he adopted atlantas flow
I didn't expect Wayno to be a fan of Luigi's Mansion
Rappers wearing child-like hairstyles:
Dj Quik
Snoop Dogg
Nipsey Hussel
Bone Thugs In Harmony
Jim Jones
(to name a few)
Rappers who wear nail polish:
Lil Uzi
Lil Yachty
Asap Rocky
Playboi Carti
Tyler The Creator
(to name a few)
Rappers who... I could do this ish all day, but y'all get the point. There's literally NOTHING y'all can put on Drake (fact or fiction) that doesn't apply to a boat load of other rappers, yet, somehow Drake is the only rapper that gets singled out. For the love God, stop looking for goofy unnecessary reasons to make him look like something he's not, and just say, "I don't like this n*gga."
Even Kendrick FINALLY admitted (after a decade) that he don't need a reason to hate Drake, he just does. Y'all kill me with the cherry picking bullsh*t. Just say you don't like this n*gga and you're ready for him to step down. Damn, is that so hard?
He’s always been stepping in different genres and he’s been more successful at it than others, so maybe that’s what the previous artistes needed to do to be as successful when they dipped into other genres.
If anyone is questioning his validity in hip hop because of this beef they really shouldn’t be talking about hip hop.
Now if you’re puzzled as to why he’s trying new hairstyles & why he’s making poses with his lip.
Remember it’s his lips and his hair & you have more to worry about than what he does with them.
I thought all artists played a character. They not streamers. They give you what they want you to see and think.
they all play a character that is covered with the veil of “authenticity”. What is being discussed here is Drakes authenticity as an artist. Which Kendrick called to the carpet in the battle.
😂 ITS NO ACCENT YOU CAN SELL ME 😂(K-Dot ✍🏾) Picked that man apart 😂😂
Nah we Mexicans don’t claim nor want Drake we gravy

You do know the word "gravy" is a term used by the initiated right?
