I think mas maganda na mag work sa Germany kesa sa pinas.Dito sa pinas 12 hours duty at ang baba ng sahod ang mahal pa ng bilihin at madami hinihinging requirement halos parang mag aabroad kana sa hinihingi nila.Para sa mga nagbabalak mag germany push niyo na.Ang lakas ng Schengen Visa makakapag travel ka sa Belgium,Netherlands,Sweden.Saka nakikita niyo ang ganda ni Maam parang hindi siya stress sa work.
One cannot really compare. In Germany aside from fix and "Zusatsvergütung/Zulagen=extra money received for example Ortzuschlag or children Zulage, there is a paidvacation + vacation money. The vacation days range from 22 to 34 workdays depends of ones age. Also, one works only 7 or 7 1/2 hours a day that is for ex. 6 am to 2:30 pm so one has much time in the afternoon. Sorry for discrepancies but that is what I have experienced working here in Germany.😊

Hello ako naman is i am waiting for visa approval na. yung rehabilitation center po nila jan is same po ba like altenheim ba or magkaiba? curious lang po ako kasi yung rehabilitation center nila is may sariling icu.. thank you.
congratz! 🫶🏽 Reha po is diff sa altenheim. For example sa amin sa surgery ward, after maoperahan sa hips would stay in sa amin for 5-7 days then para ma-help ung mobilisation would be sent sa Reha Facility for 3 weeks. Age group sa Reha would be diversed (bata to matanda), mga baging opera. There may be Körperpflege din. Hope it helps! 😊

How do German nurses treat Filipino nurses? I know German language is a struggle for Filipino nurses but how do you interact with your German patients? Plus documentations, medications all in German language, ensuring safety, etc?
hii! At work, they have what they all as Einarbeitung (Initial Training) sometimes it would take 1month to 12 months depend on the station you'll be working in. And the boss would decide if you're ready to work alone or you'll be given patients you'd be responsible for. The language course helped too for daily german conversations. Plus additional self review esp getting familiar with the protocols, health system in Germany. Always ask, when in doubt. Colleagues and doctors are there to help too. I appreciate your comment and would add it on my list of future vlogs next time so I can provide more details too. I wish you have a great day!
Moin! with Mabuhay Agency po. I personally think mas ok if B2 passer sa Pinas para one less worry pag dating dito sa Germany. Yes, mabilis nakakaalis pag b1 pero big adjustment pa din tlga sa language kahit done kami sa B2 sa Pinas. For B1 passers, u still need to undergo B2 then Anerkennung. For us since we‘re done with B2, Anerkennung na lang naproblema namin. So mas short din ung transition from Helferin to PFK once anerkannt na. Hope it helps! 🙏🏼

hi po! ang entry level ng Ph Nurses dito would be as Pflegehelferin or Nursing Assistant then after marecognize, nurse ka na. and yes po kahit walang experience. may diff din sa task ng nurse pag sa seniorhomes ka vs sa hospital (also depende sa Dept). Leraning Deutsch took us about 10-12 mos :)) We finished B2. Some agencies nman offer around 6-8mos, some also offer upto B1 so mas mabilis sila makaalis. When you moved here in Germany and starting working as entry level as Pflegehelferin ( Nursing Assistant before Recognition, sasahod kn nyan so hindi sya allowance.
