One cannot really compare. In Germany aside from fix and "Zusatsvergütung/Zulagen=extra money received for example Ortzuschlag or children Zulage, there is a paidvacation + vacation money. The vacation days range from 22 to 34 workdays depends of ones age. Also, one works only 7 or 7 1/2 hours a day that is for ex. 6 am to 2:30 pm so one has much time in the afternoon. Sorry for discrepancies but that is what I have experienced working here in Germany.😊

hii! At work, they have what they all as Einarbeitung (Initial Training) sometimes it would take 1month to 12 months depend on the station you'll be working in. And the boss would decide if you're ready to work alone or you'll be given patients you'd be responsible for. The language course helped too for daily german conversations. Plus additional self review esp getting familiar with the protocols, health system in Germany. Always ask, when in doubt. Colleagues and doctors are there to help too. Yes, mabilis nakakaalis pag b1 pero big adjustment pa din tlga sa language kahit done kami sa B2 sa Pinas. For B1 passers, u still need to undergo B2 then Anerkennung. For us since we‘re done with B2, Anerkennung na lang naproblema namin. So mas short din ung transition from Helferin to PFK once anerkannt na. Hope it helps! 🙏🏼

congratz! 🫶🏽 Reha po is diff sa altenheim. For example sa amin sa surgery ward, after maoperahan sa hips would stay in sa amin for 5-7 days then para ma-help ung mobilisation would be sent sa Reha Facility for 3 weeks. Age group sa Reha would be diversed (bata to matanda), mga baging opera. There may be Körperpflege din. Hope it helps! 😊

Leraning Deutsch took us about 10-12 mos :)) We finished B2. Some agencies nman offer around 6-8mos, some also offer upto B1 so mas mabilis sila makaalis. Watch out for your colleagues in germany. They mess up with your mental health. I am currently working here now moving to usa. Think twice!
