1. diba bali si sender na po ang magbabayad ng shipping fee, pagdating po ba nung item/parcel kay receiver, wala na po siyang babayaran?
2. Pwede po ba maglagay ng 0 sa item value? Required po ba na may value or any risk po kapag 0 nilagay?

1. Yup, wala na babayaran si receiver since nagbayad na si sender ng shipping fee
2. Yes pwede 0 sa item value. I think if di naman fragile you can put 0 but if fragile, its best to be safe and add the value of the item you are sending
Here yung sabi ni j&t regarding item value:
“For the safety of express mail, J&T Express provides a value-added service, which is a special service for express mail. The value-added fee is 1% of the declared price of the item (according to the invoice of the item)
E.g.: If item price is P1,000.00 - then the value added fee is P1,000.00 x 1% = P10”

balak ko po kasi magpadala ng photocard worth ₱280 pero bayad na po ‘yung photocard sa akin ni receiver kasi payo po siya. gusto ko po sana wala ng bayaran si receiver pagdating sa kanya, okay na po ba ‘yung maglagay na lang po ako ng ₱280 sa item value? wala pa rin po siyang babayaran non?

What if the buyer is the one booking the pickup for the seller? That's how it goes especially on fb. Buyer is the one to shoulder and book shipping but it's expensive if lagi lalamove.

Hello! I'm a new seller and my customer wants to return my item as it's the wrong one. We plan on shipping it door to door from her to mine, however sa j&t app po kahit anong address ilagay ko hindi nase-select yung pick up na option. 1. Ibibigay mo nalang kay rider yung package then sila na mag ggenerate ng waybill pagdating sa branch. Don’t forget to show the barcode kay rider :) Timestamp 2:28

1. Not sure if e-wallet is allowed for pick-up. Pero when I tried drop-off, may GCASH sila sa branch (but not sure if this applies to all branches).
2. I think some sellers use bubble wrap for packaging. Tbh di ko pa na ttry yung “No pouch” 😅

Hello po, sabi kasi ng rider sakin na dapat po daw ako mag provide ng pouch dahil hindi daw ito free. Kaya palagi ako nag dadalawang isip kung mag ipapa pick up ko yung item.
Hi! Ohh I think it’s best to check din sa branch baka iba iba. Sa branch kasi na pinupuntahan ko they give the pouches for free (all sizes). Yung box lang may bayad. Maybe you can use the drop off feature for now para matanong mo sila directly :)

Hi! Can you book a pick up the same day you want ur package to be delivered? Or like you have to wait for a day or two before the package is delivered?
Hi! I don’t think there’s same day delivery for this. Shipping days depends on the location of the receiver.

Hi! For me, I ask my customer the mode of payment they prefer. Either GCASH, Maya, BPI, BDO etc. Payment first before shipping the item to the customer :)

Hi! For me, I took a screenshot of the barcode para ma print ko siya using my label maker. Wala talaga makikita na “print” button sa app :)

It's the total amount of the item/s in your package po, for JNT insurance fee purposes.
