I bought this, came here to see what people are saying, your review is 100% accurate, I love mine, thank you for taking the time to review it. I am also what I admit to being a fanboy of Xiaomi, I love how they do things.
to be honest they sound like a jet is starting, i have an aeg ultra silencer and boy i tell you that is absolute silent you could even vacuum while others are sleeping
My dyson is now able to use for one minute altho it’s dusbin is emptied out. The battery has an issue I think. Bought it 4.5 yrs ago and been using it daily.
Two cons: 1: That dumping mechanism will not work efficiently if it is not emptied frequently. (dust is sticky and will not be removed from the dust bin) 2: You have to continuously hold the trigger to vacuum. I don't think it is helpful if you're vacuumming for more than few minutes. Otherwise it looks good!
Can you do a video on how to clean the whole vacuum?:) I recently purchased this model due to this video. I noticed that when i try to dispose of the dust by opening the bottom lid, the dust gathers around the groove of the bottom flap. It’s manageable though but i think they can improve on this feature.
It's typically around 30 minutes but gets a bit less if you use the MAX power. It should be okay for apartments around 60 M2 on a single charge. Charging takes around an hour (I believe, will have to time it.. but every time I got to check it, it was charged already)
The battery is not removable right? I just bought a Dyson handheld vacuum cleaner but I think it would be wise to buy one with a removable/replaceble battery. Like the one that Bosch made. That's because the battery will degrade before anything else breaks. At least that's what I read in the reviews of most handheld vacuum cleaners. PS. This design looks so much better than my Dyson but emptying out the cleaner looks worse. I can push out the dirt without ever touching it.
Nope unfortunately not replaceable. I used to have one with a battery you could take out although charging looked a lot less elegant on that one. I did see that the vacuum strength will not be influenced if the battery gets older, but you will get less cleaning time I suppose. (I've only had this one for two months so I don't know how much that will degrade over time. I'll need to have it for a longer time to report back on this...) I do agree that the design looks much more elegant, and emptying the bin is much better with regular day-to-day use; having just some dust and hairs in there... In my example, it was not that convenient though!
An Xiaomi Store just opened here in The Philippines.. Thanks for your video review.. been thinking of buying that vaccum cleaner... 😊😊😊 and i think im gonna buy all my appliances at the xiaomi store... 😆😆😆😆
Yes, I have heard about that; unfortunately, I have not been able to see it just yet when I was in Phillipines recently. Hopefully get around to visiting again next year :)
I don't think anyone would vaccum that much of hard garbage anyway! usually we will collect those hard stuff before then vacuum. so I think it dose a good job. also the attemchtment head looks unsuitable for big chunks. I think it would do good on carpets?
I have this product it suddenly started not to charge. When I plug it it blinks red light some times then it turns down and doesn’t charge. What is the problem?

I have the Roidmi NEX/X20 its very nice but pricey, but it got very high suctionpower and I also use it as my main Vacuumcleaner, the LEDs at the front are a killer feature.

There are so many xiaomi vacuum cleaners. I went on the Aliexpress website and I got confused, you had this product that you speak about in your video, there is the xiaomi deerma. Is there a difference between the miija and deerma?
I agree, there REALLY is a lot going on in vacuum-land! I haven't been able to try out the Deerma or Roidmi's to compare it with just yet. Hopefully over time I can do a comparison video. If so; it'll be right here on the channel!
I got hyped with your review. Bought mijia 1c, not very satisfied with it for deep cleaning. Cannot replace my word powerful vaccum for deep cleaning. But I am looking forward to use it for daily dust vaccum from hard surfaces
Yes I would love to compare some more of these... but buying another 1500 USD worth of vacuum cleaners is a bit too much right now ;) That being said I do want to look at some Roidmi vacuums and I will be sure to compare them when I do!
xiaomify Thanks for your reply. With your high quality videos, i hope big shops like Aliexpress, Banggood or Gearbest will agree to sponsor you to review more products ;)
Hey, how would you compare it to the Dyson vacuum cleaner lineup? Also how does it perform near the edges without the special small head? And lastly does it have a tendency to suck up the PVC or suck onto the floor? Thank you.
noyeahno I watched a chinese consumer report video and they tested many market available cordless vacuum through lab tests across relevant authorities. Dyson performs the best with its cutting edge engineering but they said v11 is too over engineering for common usage. Second to dyson is this v9 from Xiaomi. Aside from that, if they were to recommend dyson, they said v8 is powerful enough.
Love your reviews. Do you or anyone else knows where I can order a new floor brush? The plastic connector broke (at the point where you can see the flexible hose)
Nice review! I'm interested in this for my grandparents. The question is how long the battery lasts on the different settings as 160m2 doesn't say anything... So how long on low, how long on max, how long to charge? Thanks man! Keep up the good work! Prettige dag nog! :D

Can you use the vaccum cleaner with the power cord plugged in, and also what's the nozzle tip like (i.e is it flat so that you can use it on vaccum seal bags).
