I cannot fault my Tippmann M4 Elite L, it has been 100% reliable firing and spitting the empties out every time....except when i let my mate have a go and it jammed ....BUT that was because he didn't load the rounds all the way to the rear of the magazine (Pillock). I traded my S&W 15-22 in for the M4 and this rifle is a vast improvement to the Smith. I'm not knockin, the Smith but i liken it to being a youth's rifle, The M4 is the real deal. BTW, the Tippmann Elite is over a Grand here in the UK....ouch! Keep the gun vids rolling Joe, you're doing ok.

The light weight is definitely cool with the S&W, especially if weight is an issue. Honestly, this Tippmann is right on the line of being too heavy for my mother. For me it’s light compared to my 5.56. I guess in the end it’s whatever feels right to you. For me it’s a perfect plinker.

The M4-22 is probably my favorite rifle. The look, the feel, weight, reliability, accuracy; it really does have it all. And and .06-.08$/round, it ain’t breaking the bank to go have a lot of fun. It may cost a bit more than some other options but is the most faithful counterpart to its Centerfire brethren. It may not be fully interchangeable to all AR parts but an awful lot. An oversized metal charging handle from Resiliant is on par with a lot of AR types. The trigger is great on its own. A magpul or BCM buttstock greatly improves the feel over the very serviceable factory one. Any standard AR foreend will work. A suppressor is an easy call. Really, this rifle is worth any toys you wanna buy for it! And the speedloader offered by Tippmann is absolutely amazing! I have thousands of rounds through this. Generally it is extremely reliable through a pretty broad range of ammo and virtually any malfunction is either due to inconsistent ammo or a dirty rifle. Oh, and putting a 1” wide rubber band at the back end of the buffer spring will get rid of the “twang” of the spring.
Have over 1000 rounds through mine. Couple people I let try it wants it. Unfortunately it’s out of stock at the only store that carry it. Another guy who tried it liked it too but he had a converted aero precision that better mimicked his AR. At 50 feet it was on point with my cvlife red dot.

I just got myself the same model. I never held an ar but the elite had more weight than I imagined. I'm happy I got the pro. Is magpul the best brand to get parts from for this rifle?
@@damian3182 it appears that most drop in AR triggers work in the Tippmann including Rise Armament. Tippmann sells one on their site. All 1913 mount optics will work on the M4 22. I use Monstrous Tactical optics. Ive had a good experience with their products. Enjoy your new rifle.
I bought a used Elite model. The man said he shot 1 500 round box of ammo through the tube. No failures of any kind he said. I have shot about 1000 rounds through it since I bought it & my wife has shot about 500 rounds through it & she said that's now her gun. LOL. She will shoot it where she don't like shooting my 556 AR'S. I think it is just because she feels comfortable with it & it's not as loud of course. Being she's 65 I understand that. What DOT do you have on it???
Not mine been back to tippmann twice still not fixed but I have shot a few thousand rounds not one ftf I only shoot in a indoor range so I will live with it for now

That is correct. The Elite comes with a slightly longer aluminum barrel shroud. The Pro has a polymer one. Thank you for watching!

It’s a Monstrum Tactical ghost v2. I use their optics on all my rifles. They work well, hold zero, good warranty, and don’t break the bank. 👍

No, it’s a purpose built 22lr. It looks like part and uses many AR parts, but it’s only a 22. 👍
