I'm a 63 year old widow. I decided to start working out at the gym and changing up my diet, all with the help from my 36 year old daughters. I've been doing it for a month and have lost 5lbs. I want to gain strength and balance to help me in my later years. I wish you the best with your workouts. I really like how mine makes me feel!😊
I started working out at age 73 and have been at it for 11 months. I do strength and resistance training with a coach and am really benefiting. More muscle definition and more strength are the results. So proud of you! Keep at it! I love your gentle spirit and your vulnerable revelations. You’re a dear. Go easy on yourself and keep showing up for yourself. 😌
Never call yourself lazy. As a mom of 4 girls, laziness is impossible. You always look amazing and getting "me-time" to become stronger can be the best thing that you do for yourself. Keep it up! Whatever you do, don’t let this stress you out if it does don’t worry about it. I think you’re pretty darn perfect. And I imagine many others do too. I’m nearly 55 & on my menopause journey ( last 12 months ) really trying to do mostly natural vitamins etc , staying on track & trying to be more mindful of things around me health wise , your doing an amazing job juggling it all it’s all about habits that become second nature keep going you’ve got this 💯
Oh my...don't call yourself lazy or unmotivated! A beautifully kept house and 4 young daughters and a dog. That is alot of hard work and discipline right there. You have alot of healthy movement already. An early morning fresh air walk may be all you need to feel a little more vitality. Also low iron can affect energy. If you're enjoying the exercises great...keep exercise as pleasant as possible...you are excelling already...exercise is just a bonus ❤
Girlfriend, you definitely are not lazy by any means. You are a busy Mom of 4! I think you look absolutely amazing and you are gorgeous! I'm too old to do all of that but I take long walks and try to use my recumbent bike as often as possible. I do my best and that's all we can do. I try to be as active as possible and eat well. But over the holidays, forget it!! I was bad but now that the Christmas cookies and goodies are gone I vow to be good again. I also am not flexible, ugh. You're doing great, keep it up. My 50th birthday is tomorrow 12:01 and I started running about a month or so ago as part of my fitness goal.I've struggled for years with a unhealthy perception about fitness ,influenced by world standards but thank God that He has and continues to change my mindset to enjoy and have fun in my fitness journey.Great job thus far Kristan ,wish you the best with your workouts.Blessings ❤😊xxx

You aren't lazy, just a busy working wife and mom. It's hard to find time for yourself so I think it's great you're doing this. I think it's important to find what works for you as an individual when it comes to working out. I love to walk 1-2 miles a day. And I love to do it outdoors, for me there's just something about nature that really centers me. I also love yoga. As far as nutrition and dieting, I like to try to just remember moderation and also loosely follow the blood type diet. You are doing amazing Kristen and look fab. You got this! :)

My goals are to spend more time with my grandchildren and children. For my husband and I love the gospel and to be here for another. To be here for others. My weight is more than enough to make me feel yucky . But I’m trying to get better about that and feel better. You look wonderful 🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵
Kristen, you are not lazy!!! I love your workout outfit, very cute!! I have been working out over 30 years, but there are times when I don't work out, and take breaks but always stay active. One of my favorite workouts is Leslie Sansone's walk workouts on you tube. Also doing weights 3 times a week, as it will reverse any bone loss. Unfortunately, after age 30, we lose that, but the weight training reverses it. Even if you use light weights! There are many workouts on you tube for this as well. Keep going, it makes you feel so good!!! Looking forward to your videos in 2025!!!

I started writing my exercise time down & it has kept me accountable! It will be 2 yrs in May that I have been going strong! Three months ago I added a Rebounder to my routine. Period.🤷♀️ You are hilarious..i just love you!😂 Your husband will see you as a beautiful & graceful goddess girl! They don't see our flaws like you think they do, they see the best parts of us, and sometimes i think they see what the want to see😄 I say all this because my husband explained it to me. When I started getting wrinkles & gray hairs, aches that made me limp or yell out..i asked him what he even saw in me, i was in a very low, low space. He's 7.5yrs young than me. And while his mustache & goatee is white, he's been bald baby choice for 20+yes.. he still doesn't look near his age! Or not to me anyways! But he's always struggled with his weight, however he carries it very well because he's a big built man with very broad shoulders. But when he was at his heaviest, i still looked very young & he was overly jealous because he was insecure. I honestly didn't see his weight, because i love him for HIM! And now he's telling me this same thing & i remember hour it was, those feelings. But of course I don't 100% believe him😆 I'm just saying..Josh won't see the negative things you see.. He'll just be being with pride.."yeah that's MY wife"😁 I can almost guarantee it! But I know how you feel! He's Atlas & I'm just that little girl in the corner!😄 Well I'm telling you.. you look amazing for your age, 4 babies & the last one not even a year old! I'm a little over 3 months postpartum with my second c section and I'm exclusively pumping with this one. I feel like I can't workout as much as I did the first time because my boobs feel like they weigh 900lbs and are giant 😂😂 so until I'm done doing this I feel like I can't really feel like "me" yet. I still am working out just doing lots of walking and low impact now that doesn't involve any type of jump 😅
I really like your videos and you have a beautiful family. I am glad you’re being proactive with your health and trying your best to have an exercise plan. As a Christian woman please stay away from Yoga. It is a part of Eastern religion and those positions are actually honouring their gods. So many people don’t know they are dishonouring God by doing Yoga. I have so much respect for you and the great wife and Mom you are so I just have to warn you. ❤️
Hi Kristen. Girl you are the most unlazy person I know. You have a baby , three other girls, a house to take care of, a busy, wonderful Utube channel. Your stomach is flat..you look great. Kristen two years ago I was visiting a friend in a Kentucky and her daughter looked fantastic. Her skin was clearer, she was down over twenty pounds and she seemed so much happier . Her biggest tip was to drink tons of water. Now , I have been a person who has fought my weight since I was young. I made certain food off limit and then would fall off the wagon. This time I drank lots of water and quit demonizing different foods. I basically ate any food I wanted, but that doesn’t mean I over ate. I did walk. The funny things is I am slow to lose as my thyroid is always messed up and right now running low. I lost twenty three pounds at a pretty good pace.mAt Christmas, which was weird , because I made a lot of good cookies, I was down a couple more pounds. ..probably back up those two pounds. I seem to stay the same now…by a couple of pounds. I am not skinny, by any means, but at a good weight for me. I have a terrible back due to a bad fall years ago…I have lots of metal in my back. My doctor told me not to sit all day. I have to stay busy for my spine to do its job. . Good for you, for prioritizing you. You so deserve it. Kristen , I am the same as you. I don’t want my husband to see me doing a class on Utube. I am not a dumb person, but I have trouble following directions when it comes to the exercises😂. I hope 2035 is the best for you, Josh snd those beautiful girls of yours. Seeing you and the girls is always a joy. Lily ..omg she is the cutest sweetest little one. ❤❤❤❤
I've been trying to work out and get rid of my pregnancy weight for 2 years. I was walking, but the time changed and messed that up, and whenever I work out, she wants to be picked up, and that really hurt my back. When do you get to work out because either I work out or I work on my youtube videos. I just wanted to know how you balance. Maybe that'll give me a clue.
You have a perfct figure after 4 girls! You are too hard on yourself. I wish I looked like you. Carrying Lily is a workout in itself! I carried my one daughter on my left hip till she was 3 and I had such pain, I asked her ped doc and he said quit that!

This time I drank lots of water and quit demonizing different foods. I basically ate any food I wanted, but that doesn’t mean I over ate. I did walk. The funny things is I am slow to lose as my thyroid is always messed up and right now running low. I lost twenty three pounds at a pretty good pace.mAt Christmas, which was weird , because I made a lot of good cookies, I was down a couple more pounds. ..probably back up those two pounds. I seem to stay the same now…by a couple of pounds. I am not skinny, by any means, but at a good weight for me. I have a terrible back due to a bad fall years ago…I have lots of metal in my back. My doctor told me not to sit all day. I have to stay busy for my spine to do its job. . Good for you, for prioritizing you. You so deserve it. Kristen , I am the same as you. I don’t want my husband to see me doing a class on Utube. I am not a dumb person, but I have trouble following directions when it comes to the exercises😂. I want to lose 70 pounds. Im over weight been struggling with infertility for 2 1/2 years now.
I've been trying to work out and get rid of my pregnancy weight for 2 years. I was walking, but the time changed and messed that up, and whenever I work out, she wants to be picked up, and that really hurt my back. When do you get to work out because either I work out or I work on my youtube videos. I just wanted to know how you balance. Maybe that'll give me a clue.

It's bad enough to see all of the publicity for "Jesus", "God", and what a 'perfect' specimen we have before us on the screen, but what's even worse than all of this, and this isn't even a tenth of the problem, is that people actually choose to believe it and to spend time watching it.
Once again - PLEASE do away with 'laughing' your words, instead of speaking them! It's such an insufferable affectation.
