That's awesome, small crowd.I lived in Denver,Todd Helton,Neifi Perez were 2 of the better ones before games at Coors Field.I got so many inside and outside of Coors field! The place was a great experience!!!
Thanks for watching! Yeah it’s super fun. I was lucky to have some time to kill before my work appointment in Phoenix. The best part about the back fields in Spring Training is that it’s FREE!!!!
Thank you! Yeah, that’s definitely my favorite stadium overall. Partially because I’m a Rockies fan, and partially because it rules. Arizona rules too! Have a good one.
Awesome video! I've been down to FL spring training for the Mets a few times it's a blast. As you were going through the cards at the end, all I could think was throw a stamp on them, encase, and you've got yourself a topps archives signature series set LOL
Came here from one of your other videos. Good stuff! Maybe next year I plan to get there before the games start. I have confused German and Antonio before also. BOTH are great signers and super cool. Super jealous of the auto relic cards. I haven't gotten one signed IP yet but I will. For prepping chrome cards or paper with gloss I run a Staedtler eraser over them. Seems to help alot and keep the ink from bubbling. Great score !
Thank you so much! With the eraser, does it hurt the card at all? Or scratch it in anyway? How hard do you press and how many times do you go over it? Really appreciate the help! I was at Salt River today and I talked to German about the last time and he remembered and he thought it was funny.
@@NomahsSportsCardsThe eraser says Mars Plastic on it too. I do not believe it damages the card in any respect and was the go to item for chrome cards from multiple people on another card board. I have seen people use baby powder to help prevent bubbling also but for some reason this just seems weird to me and I have never used it. I cover the whole card because you don't know where the pen will land. Moderate pressure.
That's awesome! My brother and his kids live in Maricopa. What time did you go? I know there's a bunch of teams out there how do u find out where they are practicing? I'm sure they would love to do this. Great video ⚾️
I actually know quite a lot about this and if you want to email me I’m happy to go into more detail. The short version is, all of the teams have practice facilities at the location of their spring training stadium. Some are much easier to access than others and some are right next to the stadium and some are not. Happy to help if you want to send me an email!
Yeah, in my experience, the Rockies and the Mariners are particularly easy access. Others are kind of hit and miss. I think that your family would enjoy going, the gates for the Rockies open up at 9 AM and that’s when I got Blackmon and Bryant. if you want to get the superstars, you have to get there early!
@@NomahsSportsCardsusually right before the game a few big players sign after they warm up but only in the middle open gate where you can put a ball or card out to sign
I'm planning on going to Rockies spring training maybe to get some autographs. It would also be my first time going to spring training. I need all the help I can get.
Very nice! It seems now days most won't sign unless there's a good looking female or a kid lol....My dad never let me do this when I was younger so I love going to try to get autos...Nice video!
Thank you very much! Tomorrow at noon mountain time, I’m posting a video on how to get autographs, specifically how to get them if you are a middle-aged man! Hopefully you will enjoy it and get some good pointers :-)
Great question! It took me a while to figure that one out. If you buy photo squares that are used for scrapbooking, they work well. I’m actually about to upgrade to some plastic ones instead of these paper ones which are pretty flimsy. Thanks for watching!
Thanks for watching and commenting! A few things: 1) Back fields are less crowded. 2) The Rockies are not as popular as, say, the Cubs. 3) It was Day 2 of Spring Training and I got there early. 4) It wasn’t a game day. 5) I avoided the crowds! I just posted a video about how to do what I did in this video. Please check it out and I hope you enjoy it!
Yes, check out the videos I posted on Tuesday with Shohei Ohtani in the thumbnail and the one I just posted a couple hours ago, they will tell you everything you need to know!
General rule for spring training stadiums is that if you wait outside on their way in or on their way out it’s a total crapshoot. Sometimes they will sign, it just depends on their mood. My experience is the best spot is the fields. I have a whole video about how to get autographs in the cactus league. If you search my channel for it I think you’ll find it helpful!
Please subscribe for more autograph videos from spring training!

Same here. My favorite park of all the ones I’ve been to. Thanks for watching!
Congrats on the autos. Just awesome 😎. Opening day is right around the corner.
Can't wait! And thank you so much!!!
That's great you doing that
Thanks! It’s super fun!
AWESOME! I wish I had the time and funds to do something like this one day.

I’m going to see the dodgers and rangers for a spring training game in 10 days. I’ll watch more of videos for tips! Thanks!

You should try at Sloan park
Going to try over there this year. Do you have any tips?
