Hi.... I just found your channel, and I'm really enjoying it..... I served as a gunner in the Royal Canadian Artillery some years ago, and it makes me happy to see IMPs being reviewed.... when US howitzer crews used to come to Canada to have war games and train with us we used to trade IMPs for MREs for some variety sometimes..... we used to make fun of each others trades, but we secretly enjoyed having something new.... All of this is making me smile... and making my mouth water!! LMAO!! Keep up the good work!
Hi Jerms Ty for the review of the imps from Canada. As being from Canada myself was in the army reserves I know altoo well about those imps. I love them 1 thing to let u know after when u cook ur main and/dersert too, what u can do is this trick that we all did to hold on the pouch while eating it. The cardboard box that the main and the desert came in cut those boxes in half and place the full cook meal pouch in to it so u donot burn ur hands holding it while eating. Just make sure that cardboard box portion is the bottom of the box that was not ripped open.
Great review Jerms! I love that banana mix. That coffee be creeping up on ya! Lol. Excellent main. Definitely save half the bun next time. Thanks for sharing buddy!
Hi Jerms! I love the brown paper bags. I've had this meal and it's pretty good. I liked the trail mix. If memory serves me right the energy bar was pretty hard when I had it. Thanks for the video.
AYEEEE Jerms back with another banger!!!! This was a fantastic review Jerms!! Ive never had the beef stew IMP so this was a treat to watch. You cleaned that bih up tooo 😂😂 You can never go wrong with Canadian IMPS at all 💪
What's shaking Jerms. Ct is cool, as are IMP'S. Your meal is no exception. Main and sides seem solid. Should have been A good meal. Seems it was. I agree with bun and gravy usage. I thought about the same, LOL. Nicely done, Peace, John. Stay safe friends.
Great video. I agree. The flavour of the beef stew is great, but like all Canadian rations, the meat is tough. It’s not very processed, so it is what it is. Can’t win em all haha
I under stand you showing what you get in a MRE, but for me, if I'm at home, I would of had some bread rolls to go with that Beef Stew. Yes Tabasco is the way to go. After my cold weather survival training in the north. I knew I was going to need some flavor aid for the Tropical Jungle survival course. I got my self some small 2oz. bottles of Tabasco sauce. I hid 8 of them in my sox's and other clothing in my Backpack. The training Sargent found 4 of them, he smiled at me, put two in his pocket put the other 2 back in my pack. He then said we will not talk about this. It would seem he was happy to some Tabasco sauce him self, and wanted to keep a secret.
Yeah, my goal is to just use what you get. But yes, if I eat one without filming, I'm doing the same! Hot sauce is a must!! Thanks for watching and commenting!!
Alexa for the save hahaha. Most confusing is that a cup can be both metric and imperial: 250 mL, or 236.5 mL, respectively. So confusing. Hahah! Finally a Yank that knows it's not "Reeseeeeez Pieceeeez!"
CT makes it very clear in one of his videos it's NOT Reeeeeseees Peeeecees. I just poke fun at him 😂 He also is very clear what the conversions are in all his IMP reviews! Quicker to ask Alexa 😉 Thanks for watching Smitty!! Appreciate it 👍👍
Why 💭 Americana have worse MREs I heard that they trying to make em better but Canada already did do why didn't they do what they do best and just steal Canada MREs recipes

That's a great tip! I'll have to try that out in a future video! Thanks for watching!

Thanks John!! I really enjoy this ration. Peanut butter bar was good but very hard. Should have warmed it up as someone else mentioned.
11:05 peanut butter on the bar?
Ooooo that would have been good!!

Minor complaint. It was still a great ration!

The classic 'PAIN' burger bun. A lot of people have suffered eating that thing. :)
I think I'd rather have the pain bun over the wheat snack bread. I just don't think they'd hold up quite as long as the WSB. Thanks for watching!!
I dont think I've had this one, looked great. Most beef in imp is a bit tougher than expected. They don't process it to death like in MRE.
It was very good! I enjoyed it a lot!! Thanks for watching brother. Appreciate you!!
Nice on Jerms! Glad to see both limbs back in action after your surgery! Hit me up via email if you're looking for a 2020... 👍,
Thanks Joe!! PT is helping tremendously! I appreciate you being here!!

Great review! I tried the shepherds pie menu a while ago, but this looks better. All the best, Jono 😊👍🏼
Why Canada has a better damn lunch

I feel the most concerning part of war is my lunch break like where's the goddammed grey's coupon and gourmet glizzys goddammit 🌭
