SSC, PSC qualified candidates having the requisite & greater skills are still idle after 10 & 5 years of the clearance of their exams. Students of core field have to switch to management & other opposite tracks from their core fields despite of being a well-skilled student. Btech is equivalent to msc so you can directly go for PhD after this
