It's making fun of gt and super scaling, I agree though it's hard to accurately compare, gt has insane weird power scaling. Super you know for a fact they are beyond time and universal, due to statements gt is just "implied" they are getting more powerful without any proof, but they do say they are getting stronger, so it's like however strong you as a viewer think they got.

But that doesn’t make sense to me either. Considering how short Cabba had SSJ2 and they STILL made him a moveset in game. PLUS. If Dragon Ball Legends can make a SSJ1 Caulifla and give her a moveset. Yeah there’s no way they couldn’t add that in. I can only justify that maybe they were low on time. Time Restricts as they call it.

@@davidgreen3001 I mean I do get what you mean but I just thought the idea of a saiyan that doesn't know how too fight like vegeta and goku because he's world hasn't been for as much is interesting. And yes he's design isn't amazing but at the same time I think it fits the whole thing of he doesn't fight as often like vegeta and goku. And I'm one of those people who love he's and vegetas master and apprentice thing. The mean thing is I know he's not perfect but I like him but if you don't that's fine I just wanted to share my opinion.

Using the manga continuity (where SSJG scaling stays with SSJG and higher forms), Cabba _ain't_ touching SSJ4 anyones. Though he also isn't sub-Cell Saga Gohan - even in base - since him and the U6 squad were keeping up with Final Form Frieza in the ToP.
In the anime continuity... Saiyan beyond God is just ludicrous. For anyone who doesn't know, while in the manga Goku getting the SSJG amp and matching its power in SSJ1 eventually wore off before the next arc, it stuck in the anime. So in the anime continuity, _base Goku just becomes 1/50th as strong as the SSJG Goku that fought Beerus._ And since SSJG Goku was about to destroy the macrocosm if he _didn't align his punches correctly,_ that means if base Goku post-BoG slips up and punches a bit too strong against a really strong opponent, then _then entire 4 universe sized pancake stack known as Universe 7 is gone._
Then Vegeta gets some Whis training, _is stated to be even stronger than Goku in the BoG - RoF transition episodes,_ and then they both train for _3 years_ in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber. And Cabba is still able to match Vegeta base-to-base, only losing out by the SSJ differential.
Therefore, anime Cabba might actually just clear GT with the sheer level of scaling under him. He's equal to 1/50th SSJG Goku x several months training under Whis x three years in the Time Chamber training with Vegeta in base alone.
I'd also like to note that the apparently more true to Toriyama's vision _movie continuity_ also doesn't seem to have Saiyan beyond God, with Vegeta and Goku matching Broly base-to-base initially despite the latter not being trained prior outside of whatever Paragus taught him (old man is _not_ doing God-level training).

Its kinda an interesting scaling question, SSJ4 goegeta doesnt really have that much scaling past buuhan- which should be universal?
Base Goku in the universe 6 arc is above his performance as a ssj god in battle of gods as he absorbed all that ki, meaning Cabba- who fights on par with a Vegeta who just trained for 3 years with Goku and should be relative to him- should also he universal.
I would actually put ssj4 gogeta above Cabba. You can scale SSJ3 goku to general rildo, who Goku claims is the strongest foe hes ever fought. Which is above buuhan's universal scaling. Vegeta should be at least relative to that level in ssj4. Youd then multiply or at the very least add those numbers together (i believe theres a statement about it being multiplicative) which would put SSj4 gogeta far above base cabba.
Ssj2 Cabba who scales to Caulifa and a much stronger goku? Thats a whole other question
Actually, in the Super manga, Goku believed that his SS1 was enough to defeat Kid Boo (even before the ritual, if i remember well). It was also stated that heavely supressed Beerus that one-shotted SS3 Goku was too much for even Vegito (which should include the hyphothetical Vegito SS2/3 forms), later on, SSG Goku was on the same level of a less-suppressed Beerus (decided to use some more of his power thanks to the Vegeta and Bulma ordeal).
Yeah, the scaling- at least that we can quantify- is that Goku is at least 400 times universal considering Vegito was universal and didn't even use ssj3. However, SSJ3 Goku in gt scaling to universal is more impressive since most would argue fusion is multiplicative, meaning, at minimum using Frieza saga power levels- gogeta would 2,000,000 times stronger than that.
It's arguable if kid buu is universal or just a threat to the universe. Technically Majin buu was the same but SSJ 3 goku could have beaten him, making that Majin buu galaxy level at most. So, you don't need to be universal to be a threat to it.
Anyways, I'm scaling using the anime not the manga, especially in dbs it's different

So I have looked through the Dragon Ball wiki page and I’ve decided that SSJ4 Gogeta would easily beat Cabba in a fight from their Differences in Power Levels. [SSJ4 Gogeta 1.8 Quintillion] [SSJ2 Cabba 9 Quadrillion] Cabba is more around SSJ4 Goku’s level due to SSJ4 Goku also has the power level of 9 Quadrillion.

Here’s another one for the road. In Ep 106 of Super Goku and Vegeta realise they can’t use energy attacks and start throwing building sized “rocks” at their foe.
Except remember the tournament stage is made of Katchin Kachin. Stated the strongest material in the universe but the Grand Priest (tougher than the Kachin that broke the Z-Sword) this would place it above neutron star density several times over. But let’s be nice and say it’s just as dense as that material. That would mean the “rocks” *base* Vegeta (who Cabba scales to) and Goku are about as heavy as you know……. Continents.
