I honestly don’t know 😭😭 I kind of just am always thinking about what my future goals are and it motivates me to see how far I have to go still🙈 I think once you find your ‘why’ motivation comes a little easier💗

it’s something I’ve had to get better at overtime but it helps to make sure to get enough sleep, make daily schedules and have a morning routine to motivate you to get up! 💗
