That old "helm of Neitiznot" is actually the original model for the dragon fullhelm. It was inteded to be made from two pieces like the dragon square shield. There are some more pictures of it in the wiki page of Dragon Fullhelm.

I just realized the maze minigame is most likely a hellraiser 2 reference. Which is why they changed the obelisk in the middle to be a spinning triangle with three faces on it, there was basically a obelisk like that in the movie which spun around

The GWD1 Underwater section was the original way to Zamorak Encampment. You had to navigate through the underwater section to get to the Zamorak side, but it was later scrapped because of some animation issues or similar.
Those ads at 3:04 lasted a long time after RS2's release. I remember seeing them when I started playing in 2007 and they advertised the game rules and new content. I think they were a lot longer and more elaborate than the ones you showed in the video and that would make sense as they updated them over time. 15:18 Finally an explanation for why the balloonist on Entrana looks so unnerving. He's one of the only surviving models from that "half-HD" period. I feel like the updates to Elena's chathead also had a similar issue which is why the players pushed to change it. More polygons isn't always better!

Grand Exchange Fun Fact: The top was not used, because there are only 4 camera heights. The grand exchange steps and flooring are actually on top of layer 1. Normally, the floor is layer 0 but since the floor is an Object and not an Overlay/Underlay they have it on Z:1. Z:2 would be the bank booth and NPCs. Z:3 is the roof. And Z:4 resets you back to ground 0. Only you’re at Z:4 so any NPC spawns wouldn’t be seen not players as they are Z:0. So Height 4 (Z:4) couldn’t be used for any extra objects. it’s almost like a copy / eerie empty map around the world.
I think it’s great that horses got scrapped, because it allowed for the game to make it canon that horses are mythical creatures in Gilenor known as “hornless unicorns”

The fatigue system was one of the last things added to classic, it was a blip in time compared to the run of the game, but everyone talks about it like it was an integral part of classic, i wanna say one of the last 3 updates before that no sleeping or sleeping bags, Im guessing alot of RUclipsrs might not have been playing back then? Everytime tho that sleeping bag comes up people talk about it like it was a staple of RSC.
they need to let us sleep in beds, even if it's really just for rp, not being able to sleep forever is a living nightmare. and if they wanted to add some kind of functionality to it they could maybe add a rested system like in wow where you get bonus xp potential (with a cap ofc) to encourage logging back in frequently. and beds could increase how fast it builds up if you're sleeping when logged out.
So 2 Mote Plox videos in 2 weeks, i guess i died and went to heaven, i mean Lumbridge.
