    The equilibrium conversion for a gas-phase reaction at 80C is calculated by first calculating the equilibrium constant at 25C from the Gibbs free energy of formation, and then calculating the equilibrium constant at 80C using the van't Hoff equation.       If you are referring to 25 degrees for the gibbs free energy, this is just the reference state for which gibbs free energy is available
