Sorry Why is the NPP man panicking. Feels sad to be seeing this kind of behaviour from the state lawyers behaving in the manner. What will the ordinary people do or behave. God Save Our dear Nation Ghana 🇬🇭🇬🇭🇬🇭🇬🇭🙏🙏🙏🙏

As a then law student in the west doing constitutional law case studies, I stumbled on the then JJ Rawlings desire to turn Ghana back to constitunal rule in the earlly 1990s. True to his vision, he went to the citizens to seek their mandate through a constituent assembly to draft a constitution for Ghana's 4th republic. So I was a keen follower, although not a Ghanaian but for academic purpose. I learnt in the process then that the NPP elite in society boycotted the constituent assembly that was tasked to draft the constitution. Wonder, therefore, how the unpatriotic elite came up with the name NPP , the resonance of which drills down to sheer hypocrisy you will see decades down the line. The patriotic stalwart of society went ahead to draft the constitution which was subsequently accepted by Ghanaians. Now You can tell the dubious irony here. The very treasonous elite that morphed into some "patriotic" party will later be the ones to corruptibly exploit same constitution to derail the foundational ideals of democracy. Are they not ashamed by their subtle stranglehold on the very democratic institutions of Ghana to willy nilly deny Ghanaians the right to even "breathe"??? The constitution was written in laymen language, so it doesn't take a judge, or even a lawyer to subvert its meaning using political hatchery and nutjobs. So article 97, as all others, of your constitution is a classic level 100 constitutional law student's playbook, thus when you hear chaotic protagonists calling themselves professors and doctors (of what?) and even foolish apolitical judges doing such injustices to a simple constitutional reasoning, it makes one laugh. Shame on you. But in a country where spots for law studies are sometimes defined not by meritocracy but political foot soldiering, there is no wonder they have bad lawyers and bribe-prone judges that are intellectually bankrupt. I salute your speaker Bagbin and especially Prof Abotsi and Mahama Ayariga for their principled legal reasonings that sound fantastic for law students.

Everyone should remember that Ghana Bar Association has not released any statement on this damning absurdity from the Supreme Court. Let’s see if under Mahama they would be vocal.

This should have been a simple matter. They claim the constituents of the 4 MP's have the right to be represented, but by this unnecessary situation they have created has caused important matters to be set aside. All because they want their way. The constitution is straightforward and must be adhered to. Our judiciary is a failure, they have contributed to this unconstitutional mess.

In layman’s language the constitution is very clear to the extent that my grandmother even understood it. What a shame. There are no so called intellectuals in NPP party

The justice of Badben, the Village Chief. Ruling over:
    1. No Jurisdiction
    2. No violation
    3. No hearing.
    Result: lawlessness confusion and chaos.

Desperate for power through any means possible. Ndc will find their smoothness level come 7th December, when Npp will win many Parliamentary seats.
