Thank you for showing a struggle we as Christians fall into - distractions .
We forget about him . We get caught up in the service instead of actually just sitting down and talking to him . Thank you for reminding me of that . I’ve been caught up with things and stressing myself out when all I needed - was to sit down . Stay still. And pour my heart . He is so quick to hold us and tell us he’s here . He is so kind . Thank God we serve a faithful God who waits on us.

i'm so glad i found your channel. i've been struggling to find young, black girls who are chasing Jesus; i feel so lonely at my college cuz there's not many of us, even in my church. i feel convicted and filled with Jesus' spirit of obedience every time i watch your videos (God has been telling me to quit my dance team and this video helped me take another step towards obedience). the Spirit speaks through you; don't ever forget your purpose even when it's hard and scary 🫶🏾

Every video of yours, every word is so full of meaning. I needed this remind so bad today. Everything that consume your time, energy, thoughts, heart more than the Lord has to be put in perspective. God has to be on the throne of our hearts in every moment, before everything and everyone. Only then we can dedicate our hearts to hobbies, other people... I am doing your same mistake with minimalism and veganism. I am so consumed by them (even though they can be good things as your Scripture-based ceramics), and they started to steal my stillness and peace. I have made this mistake in the past with people I fell in love with (BUT GOD protected me by being rejecteed by them). Only today with your video I can clearly see the consequences and the feelings that idols bring in myself. Whatever I feel consumes me, I need to surrender.
