I am so amazed at how amazing xiao zhan acting is, at how he managed to capture and portray the very essence of wei wuxian. I think one of the most iconic scene that i loved is when he was laughing/crying on top of the roof in the nightless city. That scene always gripped my heart painfully. And the amazing chemistry between the lead actors are mesmerising on n off screen. Wished they could act together again
I love Wen Qing and Wei Ying's relationship 😍 it's like they suddenly became siblings or best friends after dealing with a lot of common problems, both grateful to each other for saving their brothers...

actually love this ship more than any other ships in mdzs....cuz you know the feeling and responsibility that wei feels towards ning is just so pure and innocent and LEGIT....like it makes sooo much sense, the back story is just amazing! And it's sooo deep and the understanding and respect that they have like the density of the partnership and faith is beautiful. Like wei was the 1st person who talked to ning in a good way, and ning was so glad and happy and greatful for it, he put so.much faith in wei that he literally went against his whole clan just to save him, laid down his life, never second guessed wei. Literally did everything for him, just imagine he has been hiding and living who knows where for wei, to keep out of people, to keep him safe....it's just so emotional and beautiful, and wei also has his full faith in him, like yes he can go outta control but he would forgive him over and over again....it's just soo deep and kinda sad....like wei literally made him into a corpse just to keep him by his side, dead or alive, and even though ning is literally living in hell, like just imagine living without anyone of your own, a crazy life, hiding and fighting, but only a word or a smile or gesture from wei is enough for ning to keep on living like that....it's just amazing....
