    I bet you’d go alright up around wattle flat and anywhere else in that area you targeted I’ve never prospected yet cause I look after dad from a big stroke but I study all the good prospecting and geology videos oz geology Jeff Williams in the states he’s a classic
    This was the first time I’ve found your videos but I like the down to earth approach and you certainly know that gpx 7000 detector
    I could learn a heap in a days detecting with you anyway I’ll hunt a few other videos up of yours now
    Thanks mate

      Thanks mate glad you enjoy my videos 👍 I put it down to luck and reading the ground and bush. Color and consistency of rock and clay, location, previous workings and even the way and type of trees/ vegetation that grow all very important to how I find gold 🍻

    • @IcanBePsycho

      You’re lucky, when I go out I find everything but gold.
      Once I found a complete car aerial a few inches under the ground 😅.
      For me, it’s always next time I’ll find some gold.

    0:33....Whats the point to drag the coil on those rocks...can you tell us here please...

    • @DTGTDetectingTheGoldenTriangle
      @DTGTDetectingTheGoldenTriangle  7 месяцев назад +1

      Hi 👋 i get the coil as close to the ground as possible to pinpoint the gold. Its so I don't dig a bigger hole than I need to. The mine lab detectors have cheap replaceable coil covers, so no damage is done 👍

    • @jeanchardonnay5627
      @jeanchardonnay5627 7 месяцев назад

      @@DTGTDetectingTheGoldenTriangle Ha ha ha ha .....
      If you swipe the coil half an inch off the ground , you miss the first layer of mineralisation so your detector can go deeper....
      But keep doing it the way you do it so you leave plenty of good gold for others....

    • @DTGTDetectingTheGoldenTriangle
      @DTGTDetectingTheGoldenTriangle  7 месяцев назад

      @jeanchardonnay5627 I don't believe you have ever used a professional $11,000 detector before? Depth of field and range depends on which soil timing is used. Air gaps also produce noise from level change, so you keep swining in the air with what you have got, but I'll use the gpz7000 how it's designed to be used 👍.

    Hello so I been watching many diffrent vids, from Australia.. niw given that out people in them talk about the heat. Can I ask why most of those people seem to be waiting clothes that..I would see on some one in the winter.. I.e. thick cotton shirts .jeans big heavy boots.. I know you need to cover up because if the sun and things that can bite..but why the heavy materials...if its hitting 35..would you really be best served waiting jeans .and a cotton lumberjack shirt..I'd see people in Canada waiting that to cut trees down...????? And this guys git layers in. Why???

    • @DTGTDetectingTheGoldenTriangle

      Hi mate thanks for watching.
      High boots and long paints for snakes (4 of the top 5 most venomous snakes in the world are in the gold fields).
      Long sleeve thick cotton tops for sun protection and to stop the bitting flys mosquitos ants and spider's. Don't forget if your in full sunlight 35-40 degree day without being covered you can get heat stroke within 3-5 hours .

      Haha I know right I am loosing my touch 😂 yeah to be honest I left that loud target in the heap at first. Then found 2 little bits and thought what are the chances 🤯 probably one of my most unexpected bits and was the biggest for the month at 11.3 grams .

    This is almost like watching Grass Grow. There has Got to be a setting on that detector which would allow you to pinpoint a target better. And my God man, MOVE that little rock out of the way so you can swing the detector properly???

      @islandwoodsie4519 thanks for watching, no setting can be changed that's how a gpz7000 works also I don't want to damage the nugget or it will lose value. Let me know when you have videos of all the gold you dig up and I'll have a watch 👍
