Came here after "Designers in Fuga" and girl, I really loved your story and your attitude. Then I watched this video and was surprised to see the value you delivered.
As for now I'm still a student but your story and this video inspired me to chase after my dream, because thanks to you I now know it's achievable in multiple ways, even if in my case it's probably going to take some years.
I hope to meet you one day and have a chat with you about design and your experience in the US. In the meanwhile, please keep up with this vids!
Going back to the video itself, I think it would have been even better if you could bring some examples of those tests along with the tips, it helps with sticking those concepts in mind.

As a European, I would love to listen to your commentary on what things to consider when deciding whether you move to California (or the US) to work in Tech?
How has your experience been? What motivated you to move to California? In which cases you would recommend NOT moving there? What has best the part and worst part of being so far from home? What's your salary? and whatever else you feel has significance in making this decision.
