- When I began filming our little adventures I only had one aim in mind and that was to capture the essence of our trips away as they actually unfolded. Warts and all. This video represents that to the best of my capabilities.
The more we filmed the more challenging it has become but keeping it true to ourselves seems to be the biggest challenge of late.I will continue to film our adventures the way I do but where they are viewed is in the hands of those that watch.

Yes mate we do have the power but not a lot of use with the thermal at this stage. I have put a couple of videos up when I have used them and I am sure there will be more to follow over time. Take care mate.

It's certainly great area to walk and glass. The grass height is manageable even though the foxes still find the longest bits😂🤣. White is the new blaze orange😁

Thanks Jason. It's always great to get away with the boys no matter the result. That little fox certainly made me look twice. He hardly moved, tilting his head every now and then but that was it until he bolted. I needed to be pushing a different trigger in this case.

I'm a young hunter haven't had a go at deer yet but love whistling in foxes just not great at it as of yet. Good to watch and learn a few things from you guys. Great video

The poofta round cracked me up 😂 I have never thought of it that way. I have a poofta load for my 308, I will definitely be writing poofta on the case for the next hunt. Good work boys!
In comparison to a normal round the Poofta loads certainly go off with a pffffff. Hence their name. I too load a 110gr projectile into my .308 Poofta loads. Always handy to keep a couple in your pocket. Glad you enjoyed the video mate. Thanks for watching👍👍

Great have a new video, it's been a bit in between drinks. Loving the content, bowling over a few foxes, talking a but of shit, but also showing not every hunting trip is a success and nor does it need to be. Getting out is as good as getting that meat, most of the time. Keep it up guys.

as soon as you said "poofta" and "butt plugs" i was suprised as hell XD... never heard of those rounds before or that tool but im relitivly new to the rifle world. what a laugh. good vid. love the inuendos.
I have made the Poofta rounds for many of my larger centerfire cartridges for quite some time and they are certainly worth carrying while out hunting deer. In most cases the sound is very similar to a rimfire.

Cheers John. I'm not sure of the exact brand of shooting sticks Ben is using but we have used Stoney Point Steady Stix for years. It's a shame they are no longer manufactured. I believe Primos and possibly Cabelas have similar.

In this video we were using a Lumix GH5 with Leica 12mm f1.4 lens, a Sony A7IV with 100-400mm lens, a couple of GoPro's, a Sony AX53 and there might have been some phone footage as well. Then you have the audio gear😢. It's very easy to over complicate this whole thing and it really doesn't make the content any better. Keep it simple where you can. I see that you two shorties brought Ben along for some "over the horizon" spotting. I suppose it saves you having to carry a pair of step ladders. Oh, and where is the true star of your videos ... of course I am referring to April, that lovely dog? Regardless I wish that you keep save and shot straight.
We are still floating about albeit a little slower. Rule of thumb. Never stand beside Ben, especially on the low side. April will have her time in the coming months. Thanks again for your support James.

The RF.1 got a lot of interest and I know a couple of the boys have them and are very happy with them. I personally haven't used the RF.1 in the field. Hey there Robbo, mate can I ask - what is Ben's rig in this one? AND --- Do you prefer the yellow whistle over the apex? If so why? Much appreciated brother.
G’day mate. Ben’s rifle is a Blaser R8 running a 300WSM barrel for deer and a 223 barrel for the smaller stuff. Nothing wrong with the Apex but I do find it a little different to use than other Tenterfield style whistles. Need to give it some more practice. The yellow T2 whistle has the advantage of two different tones if required

This is probably a silly question but I notice Ben uses the same scope on both his 300 wsm and his 223 I was just wandering if he just changes the bt or does he have to resight the rifle each time.

Don't you go worrying about us mate. We all cark it at some stage no matter how well you live your life. The key thing is to get out and live life while you can. No point thinking about it, just do it👍👍

It doesn’t matter where in the world hunters are, they are nearly all great guys who love getting out into the countryside and taking the piss out of their mates and of course getting it back. And every now and again we actually shoot something! Great vids, if only you guys could do cricket and rugby as well!🫣
