    The 👮 chief did the right thing. Trigger happy cops not being held accountable if why people no longer trust police.

    For all of you supporting the chief blindly… lethal use of force investigations take a considerable amount of time and effort. (Yes, I’ve lead many of them). There’s no way to accurately judge a lethal incident and make a solid and accurate decision within 48 hours. The officer was already on paid administrative leave and no grand jury had heard the case… there was no need to rush to final judgement. Nothing is 100% (rules, regs, GO’s, etc.) and everyone deserves due process… This chief should know this given the position he holds and THAT is where he lost his own troops. *Not affiliated with this law enforcement agency.
